Staff at Zuker really provided outstanding assistance for me! When I lost my keys, they swiftly guided me through the necessary steps and had a replacement ready for me the very next day. They personally delivered it to my doorstep so I don't have to go to their office and pick up. Their proactive and dedicated approach truly impressed me.Last week, when my bathroom leaked over the weekend, their response was immediate. They promptly replied to my concern and arranged a maintenance visit. I cannot commend Zuker's staff enough for their exceptional service. Their helpfulness and supportiveness have made my experience with them highly positive, and I would definitely recommend Zuker to others!

GoogleHas to be the worse property agency I have ever dealt with. Staff are poorly trained and make up lies as they go along. I was told it was illegal to copy an apartment key when I lost 1 and replaced it at my own cost. Agency have no regards for customer service and always kick up an argument claiming they are right when clearly know nothing about tenancy laws and regulations. This is a chinese agency with staff members who can barely speak English, write correct emails with the correct information. Very unprofessional and will never use again.

After speaking to our representatives, I would like to clarify some of the detail in your case, In various occasions, we observed the property was used as short-term lets, which was a violation of the lease. Unfortunately, under this circumstances, we had to take legal measures by serving you Section 8 to ensure our landlord legally comply with the lease terms. Where any keys the tenant is responsible for are either lost or stolen, the tenant shall be liable for the cost of having the relevant lock/s charge for the property, one set of the new keys must immediately be made available to the Landlord or the Landlord’s agent, in this case you failed to comply as per agreement. We have been serving the Birmingham area for more than 8 years and we always pride ourselves on the quality of customer service we deliver, aiming to exceed our customers’ expectations where possible. GoogleI enquired for a property when it was advertised at 925£ pcm and also called them for the same. Unfortunately no one got back. Then they reduced price to 900£ pcm I enquired again no call back. Now they’ve advertised for 850£ pcm with my enquiry for 925£ pcm still at the corner. Feel sorry for the landlord.! Very poor!
