Absolutely vile company me and my partner only lived in one of there property’s for 4months so many issues with the place and when asked to fix them they wouldn’t do it and when told that we had a neighbour constantly trying to break in and asked for security to be put up and for them to contact the neighbour they declined leaving me and my baby girl at risk as we was on our own half the time when my partner was at work, aswell as this they tried to charge us a year rent and energy bill even though they had moved someone else in. I would not recommend to anyone

I rented a property 2020 - 2022 and they withheld information from an electricity company and didnt tell the electricity company that I was the tenant. Only sent me a photo of the letter from the energy company once the account reached arrears. Refused to fix any furniture and recommended I store broken furniture on the balcony. Tried to issue me with a section 21 after I had already ended my tenancy. Accused me of being in arrears with my rent - they then (on my instruction) checked again and to no ones surprise they were wrong. One of the most corrupt and mismanaged estate agents I have ever seen and I would rather boil myself alive than interact with them ever again
