GoogleAmazing service when renting a new build in the Jewellery Quarter. The whole process was done really quick with help and advice along the way and completed in under a week. The viewings were able to be arranged around my busy work schedule and I was able to sign the lease and pick up the keys ahead of my initial timetable. Would very much recommend their services

All the staff at Wentworth and Rose have been extremely helpful in the process of buying a house in Harborne, answering our many questions, especially as we have spent some time overseas, so needing updating on procedures, and giving us all the time we needed to make our choice from a wide selection of very suitable houses. We have just begun the legal processes in the house buying.

Inhuman, unsupportive, rude, cold, threatening, argumentative and scammers.

GoogleWorst agent ever! In one of their properties and whenever i have had an issue they are so unresponsive and you have to send a million follow up emails to their common mailbox and calls. Noone gives you a real response or update. Went for days without heating or hot water and i just got passed around everyone feigning ignorance. Cant wait to leave!
