YellAwful worse than a zero
If I could score a zero it would be below that. Unprofessional, rude and greedy is how I view the person I spoke to on the phone. Not sure how people have given good reviews when they are anything but that. They are probably friends or family members of this awful independent firm.Avoid at all costs.

GooglePromise the earth but once their contract was signed they did not deliver. For example, we were promised an open day where Wentworth&Rose would fill our house with prospective buyers. This did not happen. In fact in the whole time they marketed our house they got one person across the threshold and even then they turned up late for the viewing.

YellAmazing support from Jack at Bournville
I’ve been working with Jack in Bournville for most of the summer on a commercial lease. It was a fairly emotional and stressful transaction for both sides and I honestly believe that Jack held the entire deal together, without his input, his knowledge and his support this would not have succeeded. I cannot recommend the branch enough. Thank you.

Yellintrusive and unprofessional agancy
1-I have contacted a few agencies but none of them asked me to send the bank statement for arranging veiwing, though this agency even requires your bank statement before doing any veiwing, so intrusive, offensive and unprofessional.2-Arranged a viewing and though the agent came up late, at least for the vewing please show up on time.

I strongly encourage not using this estate agent and find any alternative you can! Poor service, inconsiderate staff and unbelievable ways of working and customer service. Would never use again.

Staff were super friendly and helpful in finding us a flat to rent, and all the paperwork was dealt with efficiently. Both the properties we viewed with them were great. Genuinely nice people who seem to enjoy what they do, unlike some of the letting agents we encountered.Their fees are quite high but you get what you pay for...

This estate agent is horrible, deceitful and fraudulent. How can you hold on to a holding fee when no legal document or arrangement has been signed. There's a reluctance to refund the amount back to the tenants. People beware of this company, no documentation for property. They will only take your money and run off.

YellThey do not care about their tenants
Avoid this agency if you are renting. Your problem is never urgent enough for them. They have you waiting a week to even hear you out. Regardless their reply will be ‘we take 48 hours to respond to enquires’. Well it took them a week !! And that was because I called them crying.
