The level of professionalism that unihousing display continuously is truly amazing. They have an extremely kind and willing team and I love this about them. They are ready to respond immediately to any request and handle all issues with calmness. The support they've shown to me has been tremendous!! They have been very helpful with everything and took care of me as if I were a toddler without making me feel bad at any moment. I'm just letting it to be known, these guys are completely out of this world with the service they provide and the skills they possess. The Unihousing staff are very responsive and very flexible, and for that they should be commended. As it pertains to the physical property: Newly renovated - bright with lots of sunlight. However the apartment was very dusty when I first arrived. I felt that it could have been better prepared. Also the walls are very thin, and the common areas are poorly maintained.

They give no hassle whatsoever...and everything is made so easy for a first time tenant. You'd be silly not to let them accommodate you. They are in a very convenient location, and have properties in more places than you'd expect...They have houses to fit everyone's taste and preferences and make living as a young adult, stress free. The choice is yours...I KNOW WHAT I'D CHOOSE.

As a tenant of Unihousing for two years I can say that on the whole, they are generally a safe bet for student property letting. The staff in the office are particularly helpful and give good notice for viewings. My criticism would be with regards to maintenance - it was never that timely when it came to replacing faulty white goods, and inconsistent at other times. It was necessary to repeatedly email to get things done. It also took a while for our deposits to be returned at the end of tenancy, and there was little transparency between the Unihousing store-front and back-end business run by Gregory Fickert. Bear in mind that as all property is owned by this guy, it's better to consider Unihousing as an office of the landlord rather than a letting agent. This has its pros and cons - the main con being you/the property do not get the same attention from the landlord in comparison to the traditional letting agent/landlord setup.

Formerly known as Rooms4Everyone but the rebranding is only an attempt to shun away from their previous poor image. For anyone who's planning to rent with Unihousing in the up coming year, do think twice before renting as these people will hold your deposit back without a valid reason at the end of your tenure and will also build up lies on lies to fork as much money out of you as possible. Re-emphasize the previous reviews which says to ensure that there is proof of communication. If you are in the office having a casual conversation do ensure that you can use a moblie phone whatsoever to record what is going on so that you will have something to bring legal action against them.

I am an international student and this was the place that I contacted for my residence as I didn't knew any other place. Believe me, I am so attached to this place that I want to spend my next four years at this apartment. The staff are extremely friendly and lenient. The rent is reasonable compared to others. the apartment is just 15 min walk from the campus. the furniture and appliances are of very high quality and were brand new when I moved in. Hoping to stay here.

I began renting with unihousing in July 2015 as one of 5 male University of Birmingham students in the Selly Oak area. With a property that was unable to be extended over the summer as both we and unihousing hoped, they were then hugely accommodating in offering us ways to improve the existing property (e.g. new bathroom, spotlight in the kitchen etc.) and gave us a very reasonable deal far better than offered by any other estate agents in the surrounding area. As unihousing own the properties they rent, there is a brilliant maintenance service in place that have been swift to address any minor problems we have had throughout the year, such as broken locks or even fitting a new heater in the bathroom for us. Due to people going on placement years we are moving house to a 4 bedroom property instead next year, and didn't hesitate to look with unihousing first. All houses have a fairly standardised environment that is perfect for our needs, and we have found another great house for next year. As head tenant I am invariably the point of contact between the group and unihousing and I have a fantastic working relationship with them all. They are good humoured and always reply to emails efficiently. I would not hesitate in recommending them to students looking in the area!!

Very good service. They provided a high-quality house and they arranged a variety of repairs and refurbishing. At the start of our tenancy agreement they inquired what additions we would like to have in the house. Although some of them took quite a long time to be implemented (up to November, our contract starting in July), they did as promised. They were considerate with our deposit and they only placed charges that we knew we needed to pay in. It should also be mentioned that they provided us with a good package deal, including every utility but the Internet in our rent. The rent remained at a reasonable level. Overall, it felt reliable from the beginning and we are very happy with the service we received.

I loved my stay in Burton chambers. Amazing location plus proximity to Uni, accessible bus stops to the city centre and the shops were very easily accessible as well. The staff at Unihousing are super helpful and respond quickly when you need them. I 100% recommend this accommodation
