I honestly have no faults with uni housing. They are all professional and kind, from the first time I went to view houses to when I had to move out of my flat early. They respond to emails quickly, and when the fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning in my flat someone came really quick to sort out the issue (despite them being called into work early they were still really nice!). Any maintenance issues were sorted out really quickly, often within a day or two. They are really easy to reach, with emails being responded to on the same day I sent them, the phone lines are open during weekdays and of course their office is also open. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

My sisters all came to stay at unistudio! The staff were very friendly, the building has an elevator, there are trolleys downstairs for easy transport of belongings, and packages are delivered directly to the building entrance. Most importantly, there is a washing machine in the room!

"This email is to inform you that Unihousing are now operating an open day for viewings on Wednesdays. This means that on Wednesdays between 11am - 6pm walk in viewings may be held at any time until the property is let." Do you know how intrusive and disrespectful this policy is? You're making your tennants feel like their home is not their home. We would all like to be informed before you bring people into our homes. I shouldn't feel nervous every Wednesday that someone could just walk in. This is my house I've rented off you. You can tell me if people are coming. It's genuinely upsetting and their is a number of us who are very upset at the idea. Change it back. Give us our 24 hours. Give us our right to privacy. Could you even make it 1-6? It's too many hours focusing on someone else coming to my home...

I would really recommend Unihousing to anyone in Selly Oak! I have been with Unihousing for 2 years now and have had no issues at all. I have been renting with Uni housing for two years now and they have been great ! Love my room, and the staff are always lovely. Any maintenance issues have been sorted quickly too. I have also been able to use the printer for University work on some occasions and overall I would recommend for anyone wanting to rent in Selly !

My friends and I rented a place back in 2019/2020 and we loved it. It fit 3 of us nicely and had a washer/dryer with a very nice bathroom. The kitchen was great size and the living room was quite nice. Comes with a television as well. I 100% recommend using Unihousing as they will find you a great place to live that is close to the University of Birmingham campus.

For me Unihousing is the best letting agency in Selly Oak for a few reasons: - always responding quickly to emails and easy to contact in general - lots of options to pick from when looking for accommodation - really friendly & helpful staff that are interested in helping you as best as they can - maintenance responds quickly I have rented from them for the past year and have already arranged a contract for next year as well, I strongly recommend Unihousing for any students in Birmingham!

I rented with Unihousing for over 5 years and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They were incredible. Even recently, over a year after I’d moved I needed a reference and they were as welcoming as ever. They still remembered me and were happy to help. Even though they have no obligation to at this stage. Honestly if I could go back to one of their properties I would immediately. I found the team to be very friendly and ‘caring’ being the important word. I always got a same day (same hour) response in the past when I needed help and in this instance it was the same great service. Make them your number one choice. Trust me. :)
