Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Emma Loth!

Emma Loth recently assisted with me gaining access to my balcony after 3 months into a 6 month lease. Although I raised the issue of not having the key to the balcony two months ago and hadn’t heard anything, dealing with Emma was a pleasant experience. She was lovely and came after work to help after the issue was put on her radar! The next day, I had access! I’m currently writing this sitting on my balcony on a sunny morning, and couldn’t be more thankful! Thanks Emma!4 stars only as the review is to Seven Living and the 2+ month issue wait. Emma deserves 5 stars though!

The Seven Living accommodation at…

The Seven Living accommodation at Kettleworks Birmingham City is a home away from home. The apartment was newly renovated, the toilet and bathroom looks new and very neat with modern accessories. The Sitting room has modern furnitures and the TV is connected to the internet, you can watch Netflix, YouTube etc. The bedrooms are big, quality beds and the Beddings are neat. It is of close proximity to the city centre. I will recommend to anyone who wishes to be at home away from home.

I will never recommend Seven Living to…

I will never recommend Seven Living to anybody, I checked into the apartment was very dirty and smelling, the hot water was not working, the wifi too, I called the office up, and nobody was willing to help with anything, the person spoke back to me in a rude way and was not even solving my issues. This is unacceptable I will never recommend this place or stay here, covid is still a big problem and the cleanliness of an apartment is important.

The apartment is lovely and homely

The apartment is lovely and homely. Well equipped kitchen and the living area is quite spacious. My daughter is happy playing around the apartment without having any feeling of being in a shortlet.I would recommend Seven living to anybody especially to my friends who doesn't live within but always come around for holidays 'cos broadway apartment is just like your home away from home.I will not forget to mention that the building is located at the centre.. Close to everywhere and everything you need. The concierge is friendly and welcoming. Imagine coming to a shortlet and still have access to free car park, really amazing.WiFi is also very fast. I did not regret staying here.

We have received call last month to confirm renewal of our contract and then since then no one contacted I felt Seven Living was not doing well as they should update us and not leave us hanging and I was very disappointed as we had to chase for our contract, however literally last week we were told we might need to vacate the property and this caused me stress and I was sad as I love the property and the area. However this morning I spoke to Shanae she is very lovely and patience and polite and have handled the call very well she did listen to me carefully and I was very upset as well about the situation. I am glad the issue has been resolved and Shanae did handle the call very well. I would like to say than you to her

Callum and the team at Seven Living…

Callum and the team at Seven Living couldn’t have been more helpful with my stay. I had a bit of an issue before arriving with missing emails from Booking.com who I had used to make the reservation and Sharon was really helpful in getting that sorted and reassuring that all would be well I left some jewellery in the apartment when I checked out and Callum made sure they got posted back to me for which I am really grateful Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are a credit to then company
