Instagram deserves a less than 1 star…

Instagram deserves a less than 1 star rating. It has enabled the systematic ethnic cleansing, genocide & murder of Palestinians by censoring content from users, which show the reality of the apartheid state of Israel. We cannot allow companies to continue to profit as they prevent their users from expressing solidarity and support for the Palestinian cause. Instagram who are "stakeholders in humanity/human population" do not have the right to silence the cries of certain sections of humanity.

It's a another company that promotes racism by protecting racist comments , if I got example fight back against racism my comments get removed , Instagram not only promotes racism but also sexism across the board. I'm deleting the Instagram app and my profile also deleting FB

Unfortunately this moderation isn’t successful at all , it’s actually so annoying and disturbing. Why people making things much more complicated. How come likes and notifications got replaced with shop and reel? And the black background once you adding pictures it’s ridiculous!!! So many bad ideas got brought up . If you want Instagram to be creative , please give us a choice to design it personally the way we want it with all basic set up we all got use to it, so we can decide if we like it this way or not. Sometimes less is more... no need to bring all of them silly changes. Can we get back to normal please !!!! None of people I know are happy with what happened to the INSTAGRAM now days .

I have a business website and Instagram has locked my account so that I cannot select followers or remove targets that choose not to follow

I have a business website @kais.kanvas and approximately two weeks ago, I was tagged with a notification from instagram that stated I was going to be locked for a week because they felt that I had been using an automatic service to gain followers and remove followers that weren't interested. I used many routes to attempt reporting that they were wrong about it and that it was just myself manually inputting to gain followers for my target audience. Every time I tried to move, they would undo what I did - no likes, accepting of followers or removing followers any longer. The week passed and they let me move on the 11th of November only to be locked up again the day after for more of the same fun. I cannot run a business like this. I reviewed the help pages to see what I had done wrong - perhaps something against the Instagram mission statement. I DID NOT. The help for businesses promotes how Instagram can be used to gain customers/target audiences. I thought "WHAT A JOKE!" I can't get any support and I don't understand what I did wrong. I would not recommend using Instagram for anyone's business. If it's this much of a nightmare now, what would it be like if I set up a shop??? NO THANK YOU - this has been an extremely TERRIBLE experience.I have been reading the reviews for Instagram - wow - do they ever need help. I have experience as a senior manager requiring quality customer service and I can say that you have VERY MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. You might want to listen and ACT to help your customers immediately.

Links are provided which take the user directly to child pornography sites. Before instagram was so useful and everyone loved to use it but from 3 years ago to now is losing their essential. We can’t see what our friends post due to the ads on stories and feed.An average person with 1000 normally has 100 views per story post but with these features sometimes can’t even sometimes we cant even achieve 100 views due the algorithm that only allows to see ads and more ads for no reason. We ended up to lose followers because they don’t see us often so for them there’s no need to follow people they don’t see and we do the same. We forced to see stuff that mostly we don't care in our feeds it’s more like we forced to like that.

Absolutely appalling customer service and due care to the people using it. I've been saying my profile was hacked since last Tuesday 24 th may . No one even replied to to me and took down and the one time I had a message get back to me they said they couldn't see anything wrong with it, even though I said it was mine and they have all my details !!!

My name is Karina Khanna. I got deactivated for no reason. I try contacting them, filling out appeal forms. I can’t even fill out appeal forms because it tells me to verify it is me, well how do I verify it is me if I can’t get in and when you search my username it is not there anymore. Non-existent customer support!

Instagram blocked and restricted my account for absolute no reason, I can't reply to my followers or do anything. Mindless algorithm at its best. Billion dollar company with no proper customer service, nobody will ever answer your call and when reached out to them for assistance, I received no response at all. Utter trash treatment of their customer base and terrible experience.

Have double authentication to log in, my phone breaks, i want to log in on the new phone, got in contact with instagram to switch off the double authentication by proving my identity They said they turned it off but double authentication is still on when I try to log in and nobody seems to reply anymore. They don’t care about users unless you have at least 100k followers. No customer service. Yalll should be ashamed

Blocked my profile after 12 years of usage after I refuse to pay anymore for advertising my adds on marketplace. Asked me several times to send them my Proof of id which I did and they wiped me in the end, have had that account running for my business purpose and Instagram treat me with little or no regard, you don’t just treat people like this I’d advise and I’m not finding this funny, late had to cry out to edwinconsult__ via IG regarding account recovery and trust me they were indeed remarkable.. recovered the whole thing back

somebody stoled my wife's account and we tryed to retreive it also via support but nothing, nobody reply nobody help nobody do nothing. so at the moment somebody make ads with my wife picture and we cannot stop it. my suggestion is to avoid to use Instagram i'm trying to delete my account and reult so difficult...please choose a better social network in order to save your privacy.

InstaSCAM is more accurate

Everyday I get at least 30 message requests from scammers adding me to groups, men who have stolen other men's pics, even men posing as women, sending friend requests. Terrible controls in regards to messages. No way to filter messages, message requests. Very annoying. This site, app is full of complete harrassment. I've been contacted by accounts stealing celebrity identities by using the real celebs photos. Report to instragram. They state this profile hasn't gone against community guidelines.

scammer on instagram... cant find any help

I was scammed by an online store on instagram. I have been trying to contact their customer service but I could not find any information. All they have is internet report system in which I am not given a chance to explain a reason why I report that page and a chance to tell my story. I reported all the posts that that store posted to get attention from instagram. However, all instagram did is hiding those posts from me. I want to close that store, not just hiding it from me and then those scammers still around scamming people. This is such a failure system.

Wish all people special like me to deactivate their accounts in insta as they never help you, and they do what ever they want if you report something that has sex nudity or racism they will say or its not against our guidelines. OMG seriously so what kind of guidelines you have? And if too many people sending requests to you or you following whatever you want they will block you for more than 14 days even if they will say they will unblock you, they wont! What is that, guys this kind of accounts we need to deactivate them, and I’m happy they gave me more reasons to block and deactivate or my social media cuz really they re useless.

NO HELP WITH ISSUES INSTAGRAM...NOT USER FRIENDLY.

Have two accounts. One for myself and one as a family account. They closed my account as I hadn't written it was a fan account. It was clearly obvious as the real celebrity has a blue tick beside their name. I had over 1500 followers and now it is closed. I have contacted them countless times to let me access it and still nothing. Not happy at all. I now can't access my fan account which I have had for months and have uploaded over 1000 pictures. Angry as their has been help whatsoever on Intagram's part. They don't care about their users...amateurs and the worst customer service with contact being impossible!!!

Fix this instagram!

Great app, one of the most useful and interesting social media platforms. However it’s extremely annoying a lot of the time it says I’ve done something “against the community guidelines” on my pet’s account. All I did is unfollow a bunch of people but how is that a restricted thing? This made me not able to post, like or comment for 1 week!! And this has happened multiple times. One week may not seem like a lot but on a pet’s account you publish content daily and when this happens it’s extremely frustrating as it also blocks my main account from doing things too. That’s why I rate 3 stars

Instagram too restrictive and controlling

Instagram frustrates me, I use it to try and promote my art, my vintage shop and to connect and spread awareness about ADHD which as an adult I have. Instagram are always blocking my actions. I spend ages writing hashtags only to post it and find none of them there. No explanation from Instagram, I am left to Google search to try and figure out what is going on and all I can figure is than they suspect I am a spammer.. I hardly ever post on Instagram, sometimes over a week goes by before I am on there. I deleted one of my Instagram accounts because I got fed up of having my hashtags and description seemingly blocked. The only thing I may perhaps do is give too many likes to other posts, which is frankly a daft thing to restrict. As someone with ADHD I am constantly distracted and inspired by loads of different things, perhaps that makes me a bit more click happy than the next person.I have contacted Instagram twice now to ask them for an explanation as to what exactly I am doing wrong on Instagram and they don't reply. Instagram bores me for this reason, I feel if I engage with it too much I will be blocked and I feel anxious about using it. Not an enjoyable experience. I use it very sporadically now to promote the occasional thing.They are way too restrictive of their users.I am Peg Bessie on Instagram and 2077vintagecreative.
