SORT IT OUT INSTAGRAM!!!!!!!!

I am getting sick and tired of Instagram. Every 4th post on my feed is an advert. I am getting tired of having to hide them and even when I do hide them I get loads more of the same subject. I can't see the posts I want anymore. My feed is boring. Also they wouldn't remove a racist comment but will quite happily remove a picture of a breastfeeding woman. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!I deleted Facebook so instagram is my go to app but it is becoming tiresome. I am slowly removing accounts I follow (and cautiously, because if you remove too many at once you get blocked or have your account suspended, because they think you're a bot)! to see if this makes a difference with the CONSTANT BLOODY ADS!! Oh and another thing, the massive overflow of bots in every comment section!!Come on instagram, sort it out! You're going the right way about losing users.

stupid company

yesterday i got banned yesterday permanently for asking my friend if he wants to do something, and now I cant do anything, i cant even look at my own account. why? probably so they can look at my personal information. i never used to hate Instagram until they started letting people post pictures they shouldn't. like an actual good company wouldn't ban an innocent person, they would use their IQ and actually ban non-innocent people. 1 last thing, go screw yourself trash, stupid company.

Unacceptable

The things that are allowed on this site, like , are unacceptable. Not interested, nor will I support a site that allows the promotion of drug use and young women acting as sex slaves. Although they have guidelines, they are too loose if drug use and what appears to me as pornography, are allowed. Facebook and Instagram should not be allowed!

Instagram has their favorites

Instagram has my account on lock it's been a year now. I can't click like on others posts at all. I can't comment under posts not even my own. I done nothing wrong. I continue trying to reach out to Instagram but of course I get ignored. My page is always being reported Instagram picks and choose who to let show a%# and more. My Lil page is harmless but yet I get reported for the smallest stuff and IG takes down my posts. It's not fair. I hope someone else comes up with a new site and won't be so petty. If people doesn't like, uncomfortable, fell threatened by a persons post ig should just block that person who has the prob from ever having to see that persons page again.

HORRID APP

Why do you have to know my phone number you creeps? Why cant people just make an account without being bombarded with all this ''personal details'' cr@p demanded from these apps? Also both their layout on the phone and PC is horrid and not user friendly. I am still not sure why are people fascinated with it. The fact that people can read your message and you might not even know ( because there is a cr@ppy feature where they can choose to not ''see'' it) is another way this app can waste your precious time. Also why are they letting influencers be their own moderators is beyond me, these people abuse their power all the time, deleting even the slightest constructive criticism so if the majority does that,( which they do because they are so self-absorbed) there's no free speech anymore on this platform.

PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE

So far, every month for the past 3 months, I've been having the SAME issues with my Instagram account. I've submitted MULTIPLE reports about WHY I can refresh my feed & why does "challenge required" keeps popping up on my screen. My account has been disabled 3 times for NO reason. I'm losing contact with certain friends & family members because of this annoying issue. Also, those scammers hacking other's accounts shouldn't be allowed on there. Every time I report them, yall disable MY account!!!!!

Great for posting, terrible for service.

I love being able to post photos and art, but there is little to no service on the website; it's especially bad for proana, art theft and underage accounts, which I have reported in the past but just had a bot response saying they didn't break any rules when they clearly did, I think people with higher follow accounts just get no consequences while average people do. It's what happens when corporations ruin everything as they always do; it's the only mainstream social media I have, and will continue to do so until better options pop up, but I certainly don't consider the site reliable and you shouldn't put any excessive effort into an account.

Hello Instagram and godbye all in one day

Seeking to extend my social network I opened an Istagram account and no sooner than I did I closed it down. Loads of self obsorbed people on there swimming around in Lake Me and craving attention. Well they certainly never got mine except for a nano of second and was sufficient for me to know its not my cup of tea. I sometimes wonder where we are all going with the emerging narsistic and popularity culture being promoted by these insidious marketing social media platforms. And who wants to know about the lives of rich celebrities who has no interest in mine. Hey ho. , " what great folks do, the lesser ones will prattle of" William Shakespeare.-Twealth Night.

Hacked Account

My account was hacked and despite trying daily for several months to recover it is impossible to get it back, funny, hackers run riot on the platform with impunity, and the actual owner of a page can't even recover their page? An absolute disgrace, it was a better platform and better experience before Facebook, or "meta", or whatever they call themselves these days took over

Following in Facebooks steps

Just like Facebook, Instagram avoids following their own guidelines by dismissing reported messages that contain negative remarked based on assumptions that are ,directly, being afflicted onto people as a means to demise, shame and cause defamation. This platform allows many of it's uses to self loath anger, hatred and negativity towards others, not to mention, mock other people's lives with unfounded rumors, innuendos and heavy criticism. It doesn't take a person of great intelligence to understand how these remarkable negative insinuations may affect a person emotionally, mentally and physically. I have, personally, reported various negative statements made towards a person that is very dear to me and Instagram did nothing. They replied that the messages were within their guidelines, meanwhile, the negative remarks got worse and worse. So I ask Instagram: Do you understand the severity of Defamation of character?

Don't waste time or advertising money here

What I like about instagram:- Good photo editing tools- Large user database, with lots of interesting accounts with great photography across different genresWhat I don't like about instagram:- Your photos are often stolen by other accounts who repost it on their page.- Glitchy app. Sometimes, functions just disappear or malfunction, especially with new updates, or you switch to another phone.- Very inconvenient to use. You are only allowed to use it on your mobile phone. If you use any other device like your laptop or iPad to log in, the system will think you are using a third party app and flag it up as suspicious activity. My account of 4 years was disabled because I was using my laptop on top of my mobile phone.- Instagram uses a poorly programmed bot to recognise suspicious activity and no human verifies such activity with actual logs before deciding you are guilty and disabling your account- Instagram keeps changing its rules on what is permitted (e.g. How many likes you can give in one day or how many people you can unfollow in one hour), does not tell you what these rules are or how they have changed, and then punishes you for breaking them. It's just like spending time with a pyscho who keeps getting angry with you for doing something wrong, because he keeps changing his definition of what is unacceptable without telling you.- Instagram does not issue actual warnings that you are doing something wrong. It just keeps prompting you to verify your identity by keying in a verification code sent to your mobile phone or email account. You are just supposed to "know* that you have done something wrong when this happens, that this verification code exercise is a warning, and what it is you are doing wrong so you can stop doing it. It's like spending time with a child who starts acting passive aggressive without admitting he is upset or telling you what it is you have done, and then flying into a rage and punishing you without any warning. It is simply impossible for Instagram to act like an adult and issue a real warning, tell you what you shouldn't be doing, and give you a few chances before disabling your account.- Instagram disables your account for no good reason. My account was disabled for breaching Instagram's Terms & Conditions, because I was using more than one device (mobile phone and laptop) to log in. But it is never stated in its Terms & Conditions that I cannot use any device other than my mobile phone.- Non-existent customer support. If a function in your account malfunctions, or if your account was wrongly disabled, there is no person to email or talk to. You send a form and then you never hear back. Sometimes, the malfunction disappears after a few weeks. But many times, it does not. People who submit appeal forms on their accounts being wronly disabled do not hear back for months, even years. Instagram does not give a **** about customer satisfaction, and it is hell bent on driving its users away, even those who support it with advertising dollars- The advertising sucks in reaching out to your target market. I selected a few countries that I wanted my ad to reach. But the analytics indicated that most of the people who saw my ad was from one country. Instagram has an arbitary way of deciding who your target market is, regardless of what you wantTo summarize, I really wasted 4 years of my life building up an account on Instagram, including paying for advertisements here. It was like being in an abusive relationship with a crazy person who keeps malfunctioning, changing his mind on what is acceptable, acting passive aggressive non-stop, and caring nothing about your (advertising) needs. It is only happy to take your money, provide zero customer service, and then dump you by deleting your account. My advice is - stay far far away before you get sucked in.

Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace, built up a really great account with over 500 photos of the life of my cat and had 3500 followers. All of a sudden they disabled my account stating that I breached the rules. Totally rubbish, only been posting pictures of my everyday antics of my cat and liked other followers posts. Even after countless emails showing them a code they send on a piece of paper with my details against a new photo of my cat they still refuse to budge. They obviously think they are above the rights of anyone else. Shame on you Instagram

Instagram is a scam

Worst social media app ever !!! Ever since Facebook acquired Instagram it's just an ad based media that will never be social again. Just scamming people their money ! If you have a business and think of using Instagram, DON'T !!!You get 100 likes for the ad and no likes for the posts you don't promote. I was hopeful, tried posting more ads, being consistent and got a social media manager to help my business but it all failed.Your wasting your time plus money and will never get post reach from the followers you get after the ad.

Instagram supports and defends animal abuse

Reported a post showing animal abuse. They reviewed it. Got a message to say the post wasn’t removed and doesn’t go against their guidelines. So they promote animal abuse on their platform. Disgusting. Removing my app.

Instagram forces racist narratives

As always, Instagram forces bs posts into your life. Today it showed me a post clearly showing an interaction with the word niigger in it. When I make a comment literally quoting the sentence in the video with the word niigger I get banned. The video is pushed into my feed where I must hear this crap but can't comment about it. Absolutely pathetic app!!!!!!
