GoogleRiz at Property Solutions has been a great support, finding new tenants and providing support throughout the on boarding process to both the tenants and ourselves as landlords. We wouldn't use any other agent.

GoogleIf you are looking for a house with: - Mushrooms and various mould growing out of the walls and ceilings - Slugs crawling through the sinks onto the worktops - Two showers: one thats only setting is unbearably hot and one that leaks through to the living room, so unstable you feel you will fall through - Unexpected viewings when you are in your bed - Awful & rude customer service Then do not hesitate to rent from Property Solutions!

GoogleIf I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely and utterly dreadful company with extremely rude, unhelpful staff that do not care about any issues in your property. Over 2 years of renting as a student, there were countless issues such as faulty locks, broken carbon monoxide monitors, broken fire alarms, the place was filthy when we moved in even though "cleaners were hired". I would rather be homeless than go near this company again, and I advise anyone looking to rent in Birmingham to stay well away from property solutions, as all they want is your money without any regard for the standard of home they provide. I have had several friends also rent homes from them who have all had awful experiences. Overall, this company are an absolute joke and waste of time and money, please avoid.

GoogleDidn't have a great relationship with them. Part of that was on me for cussing them out on the following; part of that was on them not giving us 24 hours notice of accessing the property several times, unlocking our front door and walking in unannounced at least once, and not sending a cleaner or letting me unpack for a month. It was so bad we had grounds to sue. Do not recommend.

GoogleAVOID THESE AGENTS !!!!! Dealing with these agents has been a horrible experience and I would strongly advise any prospective students to stay clear . Their communications skills are far from professional and the charges they try and charge youngsters is a disgrace. For example, 10 pounds to remove one cardboard box from my daughter's room which apart from that was spotless. 5 pounds to remove a cobweb. They promise to call you back and don't, they tell you deposits are being sorted and returned blah, blah.

GoogleIf I could rate this 0/5 I would. Appalling business, taking advantage of the student population. Where to begin! When my housemates and I first moved in, the house was absolutely disgusting! It took them 3 days to clean the entire house before it was even fit for living. In addition, there were so much broken and damaged furniture that needed replacing that we took inventory and sent it to their maintenance email of which we never heard back. They then had the nerve to say we had damaged the furniture!!! We'd just moved in!! Throughout the whole year we had to deal with their rudeness, dismissiveness and lack of professionalism. What's more is that whenever we had any issues such as a broken boiler or the pipes were giving us grief they were telling us it was our fault and that we'd have to pay for it (how on earth did we break the pipes if they're in the wall is my question) so whenever there was a problem, instead of being helpful they instead just used it as a way to extort money out of us. And where to start with our deposit return!! It's almost September and we still haven't received our deposit! In addition they're fining us around Β£100 per person for "cleaning" and other ridiculous things like "a missing bed slat" when during the inspection they told us that it was the cleanest they'd ever seen the house left!! Plus gardening (even though my housemates and I spent 2 hours deweeding) which is unfair considering we arrived to a house where the garden was overgrown and un usable. Property Solutions is a joke of a company! A number of my friends and students on the UoB student page have also used them and vow to never let from them again as they've faced similar problems with them. Never again! 0/5

I rented a flat,the landlord told me to go this office to take the car gate remote. The landlord contacted them to let me have the remote.I entered the office and asked them about the remote,one of them said that the landlord didn`t contact them, he continues that I have to leave,I told him I have to take it now, my car outside the property and I`m moving stuff there,and the landlord told me to take the remote now from your office. They didn't like my answer and started to talk with me with anger,one asked me question about what country I am from !! and other one said if you are stressed go now.I'm alone and they feel confident because they are 4 guys.one of them was talking to his mobile outside the office and he ended his call and entered the office he saw me argue with them and shouted GET OUT OF THE OFFICE. To avoid any circumstances I called the landlord and told her what happened .at the end she came and took it from them and give it to me and said she will never deal with them
