GoogleNEVER AGAIN A message to students: Even if you think this letting agency is your last hope, you’d be better off staying at home. Countless maintenance issues went unsolved for the whole tenancy, rude staff, illegally held deposits, plus the deposit took over 120 days to return (sounds like we were lucky to get it back looking at other stories, had to ring every day for 4 months) Trust me, you don’t want to deal with these people.

GoogleGenerally poor customer service, you can walk into the office and be completely ignored for ages. However Mukhtar is very professional and brilliant to deal with. The contractors who have done the maintenance work have been hit-and-miss. The house was clean when we moved in, but we’ve had a lot of issues with our house.

GoogleWorst agency ever!! No communication, multiple unexpected viewings, misleading ad (furniture not included: jacuzzi, TV, bed+cupboard broken, no doorbell, restriction on hot water and heating even if all the charges were unlimited according to the agreement, leaking fridge, moist stains on the floor...). When complaints were made, the landlord said the tenant could leave if they were not happy. Sketchy location. Cleaning fees unjustified and without warning. Crooks.

GoogleAbsolutely awful!!!! They've now held mine and my co-tenants deposits for TWO YEARS!!!!!! Refusing to give them back and giving no reason why .You have to ring them every day to even get answers and even then nothing is done .worst estate agents I've ever dealt with!!! If I could I'd give ZERO STARS . DO NOT deal with them!!!! Huge mistake.
Elle. Many thanks for your comments. I am sure you are aware that your tenancy only ended in July 2018. To claim that we have held onto your deposit for 2 years is a complete lie. Your final closing statements were only provided to us on 15/11/2018. Rental accounts are still in arrears and this has been confirmed in a recent email to you. We have a due process to follow and once rental arrears have been cleared then we shall instruct the deposit scheme to release your deposits.
