GoogleRefuses to fix issues that were there before we moved in saying it’s our responsibility. Left the house after being ‘cleaned’ looking like a crack den. Has no respect for us and only wants to make money

GoogleI would not recommend this agency. They mislead customers with their holding fee process and push you towards purchasing their least desirable properties. Additionally, their holding fees are significantly higher than those of other agencies, which I discovered after visiting multiple alternatives. There are several more established and reputable agencies in the area that offer much better service, even if you don’t end up securing a property with them.

GoogleThe worst letting agent I have ever dealt with. Be aware that there is a clause in the tenancy agreement which makes it impossible to get your whole deposit back (an 'inventory fee' or some nonsense). Appalling service. I disputed the deductions the company tried to take from my deposit. The agent was unable to justify the deductions, so much of the deposit was returned under DPS guidelines. I have records to show this. A sum was not returned as the contract states it will be taken. I merely wished to make potential customers aware of this fee. I left my review only after a friend also experienced appalling service when vacating a property. The company contacted me to discuss this review, but then failed to keep the appointment to call me back. I was not suprised by this. Appalling.

Mr Mathers. Thank you for leaving a review albeit a somewhat confusing one. All tenants have ample time to peruse the tenancy agreement prior to signing. We also advise to take it to the university accommodation services who offer a free tenancy checking service for those who may struggle with understanding any element of it. It seems rather strange that you have not questioned this at any point, and as lead tenant agreed to deposit apportionment and then almost 12 months later decide to leave a review.

Googleabsolutely amazing customer service. Riz was was incredibly easy to contact, and willing to answer and explain any queries. The house information, with full videos of the property, was quickly received which made it very easy with the current lockdown situation. Despite the difficult circumstances, Riz made organising the rent stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone else looking to rent in the area
