Really truly the worst people I’ve had to deal with. Charged £400 for broken sofas which were not replaced for the new tenants, says they will do things and proceed to not do them, impossible to get a hold off. Would not recommend to anyone, I don’t know why landlords work with them and I hope they get shut down 😊

GoogleNot at all helpful with recovering a deposit, do not communicate, phone when they say they will. Do not explain what happens next, do not appear to know how the DPS scheme operates, do not offer their ID so the free DPS dispute scheme can intervene, leave you with only one option, which is the Single Claim Form, its not their money, so they do not appear to care. Very unprofessional.

Property Solutions have let and managed my portfolio of properties for 7 years now. All of the properties are rented to students in Birmingham.I cannot fault the service that I have received from them. They have always ensured that the properties are always rented and kept up to standard.I take regular direct feedback about the agent from the tenants who live at my properties and have had no reason to complain.

GoogleMost painful experience ever! I cannot stress enough that no one should use property solutions. I genuinely think that they either don't know anything about the way they run their own business or they're acting stupid in order to hopefully confuse students enough to swindle them out of their money. I had to give a star to post on here but I would give them -100 stars.

GoogleAgents use manipulative and agressive sales techniques. Don't fall for the hard sell! I didn't. I went with rival letting agent Easy Lettings just up the road. They were much more competent and considerate to potential clients. Stay well away!

GoogleI had an awful experience, lack of communication. disgusting house. I had one experience where there were house viewing at my property and back doors where left open all day. Might I add the day after our next door neighbors were robbed. When it came to getting our deposit back we were charged for ridiculous things, such as leaving behind a toaster, which was there before hand!!!
