YellGreat Experience
This was my first time renting a house with a private company. The staff member, Riz, was incredibly helpful and helped to make the process as easy as possible. I would definitely consider using Property Solutions again and would recommend to anyone looking for properties.

Absolute terrible how can the manager call me an idiot, mad no good customer service. Take a thousand years to deal with any sort of maintenance issues don’t use properly solutions please don’t do it you will regret it

GoogleI am amazed by the exceptional service delivered by Riz got me a very good house for half the price. Fiaz drove me and my friends home free lift as well. nice people to deal with would recommend to my friends in China

GoogleThe renting process was very smooth and the staff were super helpful. Our only qualm was that a couple of times they forgot to give us notice when showing prospective tenants round, though they formally apologized for this. Definitely recommend (they're miles better than easy lettings)

YellRude staff
Staff were unbelievably rude to me. Super slow with paper work and sending emails out on time. How the staff manage with these complaints is atrocious. Definitely avoid at all costs until they address these issues and do something about their terribly rude staff.

GoogleThey got my housemates and I a fantastic house within our price range. The service was great. Riz (our agent) was able to give us brilliant deals on already fantastic houses. His friendly advice and tips were also very welcome.

YellAwefull
I left the flat 10 days before the final day, took the meter readings and switched off all electricity on the flat. When they took the meter readings they submitted bigger figures. I will never ever use their services anymore

GoogleMy experience with property solution has been nothing but unpleasant. We moved into a unfinished house that is extremely over priced. The people at property solutions are also extremely rude and unhelpful. It's very sad that these places treat students with so little respect.

GoogleRenters beware! Stay well clear or you won't be seeing your deposit back. When asked for proof of costs they first stalled and eventually provided a scrap of paper with a cost scribbled at the bottom.

GoogleVery bad experience with this company. They cancelled our tenancy agreement and offered no flexibility in relation to COVID-19. On top of that they kept our £400 deposit (per person)
