GoogleI was asked to review before moving in, so I can only talk about my experience in finding the accommodation. I was shown a variety of houses in a tour around the local area, the agent was very friendly and informative and ensured us that the houses would be cleaned and in full order before moving in.

GoogleI started looking to move out with one of my friends and Scott helped us through the whole process and showing us the best options for us. Then when last minute 3 other people joined Scott adapted so quickly and was patient with us and out new budget and helped us find the perfect place for the five of us.

GoogleHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Avoid at all costs!!! Withhold deposits for almost 3 months!!! Horrid living conditions, constantly lying and making up false accusations to avoid paying back deposits despite having physical proof contradicting everything. Greedy and incompetent. WORST SET OF HUMAN BEINGS

GoogleRodents in houses (they never go away) , over charging , insensitive given current financial climate , unsafe area for students, do your research ! Maintenance issues take weeks to be sorted . Overall , living in this house under PSH is making us miserable ……..we all wish we never signed the dreaded contract . Stay in halls bab x

GoogleAlways took ages to respond to issues, our boiler was broken for 2 months out of a winter and left unfixed until the landlord got uninvolved. We were having to use portable heaters. They've charged us for things that were reported prior to moving out, and charged us a ridiculous cleaning charge despite the house being absolutely pristine.

GoogleAll the good reviews you see are fake. Please don't rely on the good reviews that you see on google since they take these reviews before you move in the property. Very unreliable service, the manager is also very ignorant since they do not know when the URGENT problems will be solved.

GoogleReally a very very bad experience, when a student blindly trusts them and even after paying them correctly they deduct your money without no reason. I have paid my deposit and holding deposit on time and then to my money is debited unknowingly and when asked for the same these people don’t have any clarifications.

GoogleThey have been a great help to find myself a student home. I made a few changes to the amount of people I was living with and they was great at offering me other houses to accommodate for the changes. I would definitely recommend.

GooglePremier Student is the best accomodation for students . Huzaifa has helped me alot through the bookings and process . He made the process work very smoothly and comfortable. Really loved their services . Would high recommend for overseas students as it is economical and best accommodation with a very good location.
