GoogleWe've had viewings with many agencies in Birmingham and Premier student homes have been the most helpful, efficient and friendly by far. They are super responsive on email correspondence and on phone calls. Bills included is a massive bonus for students as well!!

FacebookThis company has rented out a house to my daughter which has rats, mice, a leaking attic and a massive gas leak. Acceptable in this day and age? I don't think so.

Rented out a property to my daughter. Mice, rats, gas leak, attic roof leak, furniture different to what they saw when she agreed to rent the house. Appalling.

GoogleScott the real estate agent was so helpful and helped us pick out the perfect house for our second year would highly recommend coming here to look for any student housing

GoogleI wouldn’t recommend anyone finding their accommodation with student premier as it has been a nightmare. They simply know how to extract excess amount without any valid reason. Their policies are flexible as per their word of mouth and very contradictory.

GoogleThe best estate agent, always answering our questions and very quick to respond, when we did our house viewing Scott explained everything perfectly, really recommend them for anyone looking for a student house.

GoogleDO NOT rent with Premier Student homes. They are not reliable at all! And will use any means possible to extract money from you! Even if you are not legally required to pay! They don't deserve a star.

FacebookI’m so sad to have left my house with PSH!! They’ve been the best agency I’ve ever dealt with, and were super helpful during my 10 month tenancy. Emily replies within a day or two, and help is sent round very quickly (sometimes same day) in the form of magic Mike the handy man. He’s great! Massively recommend. Thanks guys :)
