GoogleI recently had a property viewing with this agent and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The agent arrived visibly angry from the start and told us we only had a few minutes left, despite us being just 5 minutes late. She was dressed completely inappropriately for a professional appointment (t-shirt and shorts). She told me she had left me lots of missed calls and when I showed her my phone and told her I hadn’t received any calls - she said “that’s not my problem”. This was astounding as it was almost like she didn’t realise her job was to sell the house and we were the people looking to buy it! She scowled throughout the entire viewing and shut the door on three members of my family, including a child, before I had to explain they were also there to view the property. We were then rushed out and told to reschedule. I would not recommend this agent to anyone, and I’d think twice about using this agency at all.

We have recently sold a property through Oulsnam and thought it worthy to note the exceptional service we received from Shelbi, Sara and Karen at the Barnt Green office. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The advertisement for the property was excellent and we were able to sell within weeks. All our questions were answered and dealt with promptly, everything was explained to us and we were kept well informed along the way. Thank you once again, fully recommended.

We viewed a property with Jeff and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. Anything we needed to know about the property he was there on hand to answer all the questions we had. He allowed us to take our time round the property and didn’t put any pressure on us at all, as first time buyers having this experience takes off a load of pressure.

Bought a house that was being sold through Oulsnams. The girls were all fantastic in the office. Patient, kind, empathetic. It wasn't an easy transaction and it got a bit edgy but the staff were wonderful throughout. I would definitely use kings heath oulsnams in the future and thank you.

GoogleTried to arrange a viewing if a property today. They wanted proof of funds and proof of identification otherwise we couldn't view the property. We are cash buyers and have viewed with several other estate agents and never been asked to provide such information. Not prepared to hand over such personal information just to view a house. No other estate agent asked for this unless you are making an offer. Potential sale lost and they didn't seem to care one bit.

GoogleAs a first time buyer I am grateful to the team at Oulsnam Hagley Rd for being great people to deal with and making this process as painless as possible. My first encounter was in person with Sarah Nourse and I found her to be welcoming, incredibly professional and efficient and this turned out to be an accurate first impression. She is a woman of her word, was really great to deal with and made the process of arranging viewings, and subsequently agreeing on a purchase as stress-free as it could have been under the circumstances. She was genuinely helpful throughout the whole process and I'm very grateful to her. I also want to shout out the viewing agent Claire who was always friendly, helpful and accommodating despite often being under pressure on a very tight schedule of viewings. Overall I don't imagine I could have had a better experience of buying my first house than I had with the team at Oulsnam and all my dealings with them were in massive contrast to my experiences with some of their local competitors (the less said about them, the better!)
