Worst letting agency experience ever. Sorting any issue out was like pulling teeth, I got charged for issues that were already accounted for on the inventory and when I came to getting my deposit back at the end of my tenancy, it took MONTHS. One staff member even started arguing with me and accusing me of lying! I was charged £200 for "professional cleaning." The "evidence" they sent me for this was a plastic bottle under the sofa. Seriously?! And I was assured that the place would be "professionally cleaned" before I moved in. Only when I wanted to move in, not only was not allowed to collect the keys because they hadn't planned for the massive amount of students moving in on the same day, but the place was filthy. When someone finally came round to clean, it wasn't a thorough job. They were complaining about all the other houses they needed to get to and how they can't clean anything because we had already moved in, expecting us to throw our things out onto the street so they could clean properly. The parts they did "clean" was just done using a bit of bleach and a cloth. Still a shoddy job as the banister was still sticky when they were done. Also, half of the sofa was missing!! I was baffled, I've never experienced such rude customer service, even from call centres. I don't know how they have such a high overall rating on Google maps, but I can tell you that this past year has been horrid. Stay away if you can, please. You'll be doing yourself a huge favour.

GoogleMy friend and I found 4 bedroom house throughout this agency. However, one of us decided to quit and we were really worried about the house because we really liked it. But, Agency called a Landlord and made an offer for us. So, we got this 4 bedroom house and we have to pay only for three of us because one bedroom is smaller than the rest of them. And the Landlord gives a chance to pay our deposit later than we actually need.. Agency staff were so kind, helpful and hospitable. I will definitely recommend this agency for your accommodation. You will not mistake!!! ;)
