GoogleThe best estate agents in the business, had me sold within a week which eventually fell through but then had me resold within another week! Always there to help and advise and chased my sale and purchase until it all went through, I really can’t recommend these enough! Laura was brilliant throughout and Bethany also!

GoogleKatie, Lesley and Amanda, we're amazing from day one. They were supportive, engaging, proactive and working to get everything done as fast as possible. They were thoughtful, caring and lovely to work with. Katie, Lesley and Amanda made what was at times, not an easy process to go through, manageable and personable. Even going as far as dropping off the keys due to distance and time restraints. Thank you for being professional, but more than that kind.

GoogleWell what can i say Laura,Trina and all the girls at Oakmans Northfield were great from start to finish regarding the sale of my property. I was kept fully informed of any feedback from viewers,when the house was sold i was once again kept fully informed of the progress of the sale and the steps that were to follow regarding surveyors,solicitors and all the bits inbetween. I would 100% recommend Oakmans to anybody that is looking to sell their house,i wish i would have gone with them sooner. Once again thank you team Oakmans.

GoogleWouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oakman’s to anyone. They gave great service from start to finish. Laura did the first visit to value and went through everything without being pushy. The photos were top notch taken by a friendly and efficient professional. Once offer accepted, Lesley worked tirelessly throughout the process to make sure that completion was achieved in time to meet the new build developers deadline. A+ service at a competitive price.

“I’ve first met Lisa mid this year with me wanting to be a landlord. Ever since the first initial meet she has been nothing but supportive, and most importantly very precise and accurate with every information she gives. With working with Lisa all you genuinely have to do is sit back provide her the info she needs and let her do her magic. In addition it’s also the fact she’s always active on her phone and email keeping full communication with you through the process which is a really good piece of mind as her reply time is minutes!

GoogleI changed to Oakmans following 2/TWO broken previous sales! I shan't muddy waters by telling you what every Estate Agent does but highlight what made the difference. Bear in mind it was a No sale, No fee. First is the marketing. The full smorgersboard - stills, videos, still floor plan and an interactive one. Expecially good was the professional aerial photography. Got to see to it to be believed. In other words, a Buyer, can see the property from every angle and close up to see EVERYTHING without leaving home. Fast turnaround to get it all online. The next difference is the follow-through by a different and dedicated team (thanks Lesley). Regular and constant contact between all parties involved! The Exchange and Completion was a touch-and-go-affair but Lesley kept it going. I felt my sale was a priority. Finally, my property was "out-of-the-area" and yet they achieved the actual sale. Over and above. What more could a Seller want? Full 5 stars. I'd give more stars if I could! Thank you to all the team at Oakmans. Well done LauraM (the Manager in Northfield Branch).
