I got to know Nin through my elderly aunt who was for very many years a tenant of his and ,subsequently, in another apartment, he was the letting agent. He is a very honest and caring person who went beyond the call of duty in watching out for my aunt, visiting her and ensuring that his team were always available to sort out any issues in the apartment. Direct reviewsThe team at Northwood Birmingham is exceptional, especially Latha. She assisted me with all the paperwork related to renting my first apartment in UK (I moved for work in 2022) and was very helpful in assisting me in understanding the local/national requirements as well as the customs of the country. A year later, and Latha contacted me again to assist me in renewing my contract. Her commitment, her organisation and the quality of her work give me peace of mind because I know I can count on her, and her colleagues at Northwood Birmingham, for any questions or concerns. Highly recommended if you are looking for highly trained professionals to accompany you in your real estate decisions!

GoogleI dont write reviews but I have had such a bad experience with this company that I feel I had to, if I could have given zero / - starts I would have.... Communication is very very bad, and unprofessional, they don't respond to emails or phone calls message left with their call centres, I was in there office the other day and there was 5 members of staff in the office and I don't remember the phone ringing once, yet ever time I have phoned recently the calls have always gone through to the call centre. ....there don't follow your instructions, I won't go into details etc...and you find yourself chasing after them the situation has only got worse since the new owner has taken over.
