We rented from Martin and Co in Leeds. Initially the process was great but when the property had problems they did not want to know. They even hid details in the contract, in regards to electricity suppliers that caused us issues in the long run.

Very friendly staff always answering my questions and happy to help. Great customer service keeping in contact with me via the phone and not completely spamming my emails.Very good service.

Beware beware beware We left the property last month Crewe due to end of contract after two year and we cleaned the property hiring outside help however they deducted most of deposit. Customer service is horrendous and the employees don't bother nor respect for tenants. once the money being paid then they don't care. PLEASE AVOID THEM

Very Bad experience.They will be never available to help any issues with the house. After multiple followup's they will help to resolve the issues. (Minimum 2 weeks time to Maximum 6 months).

Our offices always try to resolve any problems at the property as quickly as possible but unfortunately are often held up by issues out of their control as also have to liaise with the Landlord and contractors. Wouldn’t go with them again. Told me I’d secured a place to rent, sent me the contract without warning me that someone else also had the contract. I went to sign it a few hours later, couldn’t get access, so had to ring, for them to tell me someone else had signed it. Thanks for letting me know.

They never fix our maintenance issues, I've been waiting over a year for them to send someone out for a single problem, I have more luck directly contacting the landlord to fix things. Avoid these jobsworths at all costs, all they care for is money and that you pay rent on time every month

Bournemouth branch now profiteering saying to landlords sign up for 12 months £5.00 a week and will guarantee your rent is paid. Also refusing all inspections or viewings etc. When this tenancy ends if my tenant wants to stay I will drop the rent and use another agent. Never use them again. they are profiteering from a crisis

Very terrible service. Unprofessional and rude agents. I traveled 3 hours just to view their apartments, despite sending me a wrong address they did not take responsibility for it.
