GoogleSam was incrediblely helpful when it came to finding a rental property. He held a viewing at which he was able to answer any questions and provide me with a lot of detail. Once we had put in an application and it was accepted there was nothing that was too much for him and he was really quick at answering any queries we had. He remained totally professional and friendly throughout, I cannot recommend him and the Birmingham city branch enough!

She arranged a prompt viewing with my sister and as i couldnt be there that day, arranged another for the following morning and sent confirmation to me. She even messaged me on Whatsapp in the morning to remind me of the appointment which was a nice touch. Unexpected and appreciated. Liberty also took time during the viewing to explain everything and was very patient during the whole process. If i could give more than 5*’s i would , for her knowledge, professionalism and patience during the entire viewing process. 10/10 would reccomend… Thank you Liberty and thank you Martin & Co .
