I recently purchased a property with the help of Saki Pervaiz from Martin & Co and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I spoke to over two dozen real estate companies and agents before finally deciding to work with Saki and I am glad I did. What stood out was his clarity, transparency and professionalism. He was always open, approachable and available to answer my questions which made the process smooth and stress-free. Unlike many other agents I interacted with Saki was genuinely focused on helping me find the right property rather than just closing a deal. His honest and professional approach was the key differentiator that convinced me to move forward and he exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Saki Pervaiz to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
