GoogleI’ve had a lovely experience searching for a rental property with Martin & co. Mia was very easy to communicate with, helpful and remembered me from the brief contact I had nearly a year ago when looking to move to the city previously which made me inclined to search with Martin & co solely rather than looking outside their company. The initial property I inquired about wasn’t available, but I was able to make a viewing immediately for another great property and was sent a long list of options matching my preferences. My offer was submitted immediately when I expressed my interest and communication has been frequent which I appreciate. In all I was able to secure the first property I viewed as it matched the description I gave of what I was looking for, and the search for a property process took only one week despite moving across the country which further complicates the stressful rental search process.

GoogleWhat impressed me most was Oron's honesty and integrity. Oron was always upfront about the pros and cons of each property, and never pressured me to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. FacebookI was genuinely impressed by the service from Martin & Co (Harborne Branch), and in particular by Owen Smith. I called the day before I wanted to view a property and with very limited availability, and Owen kindly arranged a viewing at my convenience. From our first conversation, he was exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating. During the viewing he arrived on time, demonstrated impressive knowledge and insight about both the property and the local market, and explained everything clearly without ever being pushy. Every aspect of his approach reflected professionalism and care. I would thoroughly recommend Martin & Co Harborne, and would say Owen Smith is an absolute credit to the company.

Not only was Amelia the property manager rude to me and raised her voice at me on the phone , the company wants to withhold my deposit. I would advice anyone to not use this company as they have a reputation for withholding deposits 🙏 …
