FacebookI was immensely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Scott Haddock who bent over backwards to fit us in with a number of last-minute viewings last week. He asked some great questions to qualify our interest and made sure we had done our homework in the areas we were looking at. This took into account many factors which come into play when renting an apartment in a new city - location, surrounding areas, proximity to services and work etc. By not only focusing on the properties themselves, but the whole picture, we were really bought into him and our customer experience. We subsequently had an offer accepted on a great apartment. Keep up the great work, Scott!

Please avoid this real estate agency. Once you have rented a property from them and signed the contract, they will not respond to any of your requests, especially when you are suffering from neighbor harassment and noise issues. They will simply ask you to handle it on your own, without taking any responsibility to help you resolve the problems.

I met Chloe for a viewing. She responded promptly and arranged for an immediate viewing despite the covid crisis. She was quite helpful and gave all the information a new tenant would have required. She seemed very friendly and also gave some valuable tips before I decided to rent off the place. Although other estate agencies didn't respond properly including cancelling viewing just few minutes prior, I've bee in touch with Chloe and she handled everything quite professionally!
