FacebookThe worst agency ever. Agents irresponsible and have no clue what are they doing at all. Only thing that we needed was to add one more tenant on our current contract. We applied two months ago, paid 500£ a month ago (which is ridiculous amount of money to add one tenant on a contract) and it is not settled yet. We've been in agency at least 5 times, we're calling every other day and every time we get different agent who has no idea what are we talking about. Because of their ignorance my fiancee cannot apply for NIN, cannot make bank account and cannot do anything in this country. When you see Martin & Co I sincerely recommend you to run! Ridiculous!

FacebookWARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I booked a flat while i was abroad and when i came back i saw a double bed with king mattress! The carpets in the rooms are F I L T H Y., the desk in the room is broken. I am 12 days in the flat and the fridge is not working ! 12 DAYS! I call every single day and they dont do nothing! My letter box has a code, from the first day i was asked for the code and i am still waiting (i explained them that i am student and in the letter box is a letter from the student financial and if i dont sign it, i will drop out) and every single day i hear the same excuses we will call you back and guess what? They never call back. They are the most unprofessional company that i have ever see! Please be careful from this company!
