GoogleI applied for a property the same day it was advertised. Even offered over market value. I sent all of my personal information as requested and never heard back, despite promises that Lauren would definitely call me back. The property has now been let to someone else and I have no idea what they are going to do with my personal information. They did manage to keep sending me newsletter emails though.....

GoogleSo my partner was looking looking to rent a house with martin and co for our family while i am pregnant he was doing the searching. He had a terrible experience avoid these guys if you can, they are a bunch of cow boys. They don’t keep up to date with the timings, they lie to you. Looking at the previous reviews of Martin&co I can see why some people are upset with the company as they are playing with peoples lives. Money money money is all they are interested and they don’t value family, if your willing to meet their rent which we did the house was newly renovated but that was covering the damp. They carpet were sprayed but you can see it was dirty, rats in the property. Worst estate agent I’ve dealt with, I’ve been renting with others in the past, when looking at the property make sure you see the house properly and don’t take these useless estate agents words for it. #martin&cowboys
