I would have to say, I’m not impressed with the customer service I received from this company. I arrived at the location I was referred to by google map, made a call just to confirm and I was told several times that someone or the person conducting the viewing was going to give me a call back. But no call was received. This is 16 minutes past and no call. I started calling the agency by 12:02 immediately I arrived. I don’t like the tone in which I was spoken to, and I have been to several viewings and this has to be the worst Customer Service, other agencies call you immediately it’s time to know where you are. I would advice they improve in the customer service.
