Renting with LR for 2 years now, I contacted the agency to sort out oven door, lighting and my hob that was broken. Nicola Soper was super responsive and very helpful ! Super fast responsiveness. Seamless dealing with the landlord. High quality of service. Our home life has unfortunately been ridden with problems with the setup, however Shruti and team has always stepped up to sort these issues seamlessly and pro-actively throughout 2022. This 5 star review is especially for Nicola indeed. Not all staff from this company are responsible and helpful. During my tenancy I encountered some very irresponsible staff. However, I was lucky Nicola was responsible for my move out. She is responsible and made sure my move as smooth as possible. The professional clean arranged by her was perfect. No tricky deduction from my deposit for natural wear and tear.

Kalidass has been brilliant…

Kalidass has been brilliant in managing the rental flat for me. When the tenant recently had a problem with the electric radiators, Kalidass sent in electricians immediately, diagnosed the problem causing the problems, sought consent from me straight away and managed replacement of the offending item, all without any fuss, no hassle to me, and most importantly, to the satisfaction of the tenant. I am very happy with this service.
