After I reported a water leakage issue in my apartment Riley was very prompt to get a contractor arranged to look into it. Matt made our search for an apartment as pleasant as possible, sometimes working after work hours. He made sure we got what we wanted. From the search, through referencing and the move in process was such a delightful experience. Given that we just moved to the UK and had never rented before, he made sure we did everything correctly and to move in at on time, despite the short time we needed to have everything completed. I would like to compliment Harry Free at Birmingham office the service he provided to us regarding renting out our apartment in Timber Yard. He seemed to have gone the extra mile to get our apartment rented out in short time with a good rental rate and to have selected appropriate tenants. I have spoken to them in Chinese of course and have asked them to take good care of the apartment. They appear to be the right tenants which is fantastic. Thank you for the after sales service which means everything to us and takes the stress out. Communication is important and we have been kept informed every step of the way. This experience with Life Residential has been super good thanks to Harry’s efforts.

My renewal was proposed for 24 months

My renewal was proposed for 24, instead of the usual 12, months. This had not occurred to me before and it was very good thinking, being better for the tenant and the landlord in today's market where rents are rising quickly. And the proposed 24-month pricing was adhered to quickly and efficiently. Because of this the renewal could not have been easier for me and for this I thank Dimple Gopal.

Once moved in, if things go wrong, don't expect much support

I rented a flat through Life Residential after being promised concierge services and proper management of the private areas around the building. Unfortunately, neither was delivered, which made living there during the day and even in the early evenings an unpleasant experience.

Hi, I just purchased a property Timber Yard, Birmingham from Galliard Homes and Life Residential recommended by them. I just thought I would update my review since the original one was written in 2017 and I've now been using Life for 7 years. They continue to provide excellent service - on the tenant side, they constantly monitor the market to ensure the best rates and I've not had a single default or any damage beyond wear and tear across what must be 50-60 tenancies over 7 years. On the maintenance side my relationship manager Melody is tireless and her interventions to ensure we make the best decisions and source correctly have saved many hundreds of pounds
