I've been using LIFE residential letting agency for a couple of years now. I find them professional and responsive. Communication is good with frequent invoices, emails and updates on property inspections. Kalidass the property manager is very helpful and always quick to respond to any queries.Recently, Amrita negotiated a competitive new contract with the current tenants.I have had some fairly awful experiences with other letting agencies in the past, so it's nice to find one which is diligent and trustworthy.

Pros: Fair renting price and quick and easy moving in process.Cons: Upon moving in, the flat was in poor conditions (dirty and dusty, floor to ceiling window from the living room broken, toilet flush broken, freezer malfunctioning which had to be replaced, washing machine leaking, broken bed slat, broken blinds hungers I had to replace, continuous pipe issues...). It took months and countless follow ups for issues to be resolved, and I've spent my whole tenancy with the broken bed slat and the pipes issues.In my 3 years tenancy, I've dealt with 6 different property managers. It is unclear if information was efficiently passed. Some agents were responsive, others much less.3 months after vacating the property, I am still fighting to get my deposit back and they are trying to retain questionable amounts. I had to open a dispute and it's still not resolved. The property manager also took a month after my move out to update the heating company, hence they were still generating bills under my account for energy I didn't use. It took at least 5 follow ups to correct this bill.There seem to be some AI generated positive reviews, and some tenants are invited to write positive reviews upon moving in. But myself and too many tenants experienced poor renting experiences and challenging times retrieving our deposits from this property agency. I do not recommend.

I rented a flat, and quite a few issues came out that were not mentioned during the viewing, but the staff helped fix them, and now the property is greatly improved.Tianna has been especially helpful with organising all the required work and contractors and communicating with the landlord.Issues can arise, but all the necessary steps were taken to fix them in a reasonable time and with the utmost professionalism.

They're always helpful, and I have no complaints.I recently renewed my lease, and Abby Gooptu was very helpful throughout the process. She started it about four months before my current agreement expired and kept me informed at every step. She's wonderful!

Noor is an excellent Property Manager if you can get her when you are with LifeResidential. I had a poor experience a year ago, changed to Noor by them and it's all been smooth sailing since. She promptly replies to emails, understands the tenant and the situation and promptly finds a resolution. It made my last few months a pleasure rather than a pain in the neck.

Positive experience throughout the whole process of renting an apartment. Initial contact with Jahdel who was great at showing me around the apartments and very knowledgable about the process. Kalidass has been my property manager for a year now and he has been very helpful, particularly when it came to renewal and sorting contracts - he was speedy in getting everything sorted with the landlord.
