GoogleWould not recommend to renters!! We moved in to a heavily damaged and stained property where no maintenance issues were ever addressed. 2 months after moving out we are still battling over our deposit in a back and fourth where they blame us for damages and then I point out that the damages mentioned are in the ingoing inventory. We asked for evidence of work done and they sent us an invoice that said “whole house needs revamp”. I’m sorry but that was blatantly obvious when we moved in. Extremely disappointed with the service, we spent 3 months without heating and the sink leaked for the whole year despite maintenance requests. Staff are rude over emails and half the time don’t reply. I’ve had bad experiences with letting agents before but these guys are THE WORST!

GoogleI’m in a lovely rental home and when maintanence issues are raised Sarah Dryhurst is professional, considerate, always happy in her demeanour with an understanding of the frustrations a tenant faces whilst waiting on the landlords response. We all want repairs done as soon as possible because at the end of the day it’s our family home and she totally gets this. GoogleI decided on Just Move to sell my house after trawling through reviews and recommendations based on performance stats... particularly for accuracy of valuation and service. I would recommend them to anybody who doesn't want an inflated valuation just to get their business... their valuation was bang on and the effectiveness at finding potential buyers was staggering. The support I received was fantastic, no question too stupid, and a definite personalised approach. It's a difficult process to go through but I appreciate how much difference a good estate agent makes. Thank you all at Just Move.

Google. All three people dealt with our tenancy including Kuvan, Teejay and Monica were professional and friendly. Kuvan was absolutely brilliant on our moving day where he was very friendly and talkative. He spent the time dealing with our questions and offered help to move the stuff in the house which was very sweet. GoogleI have used Just Move Estate Agents and Lettings for the management of my rental property over a three year period and then the subsequent sale of the property. My review is nothing but positive. I have received excellent service and communication throughout. My tenants have been managed exceptionally and as a landlord I have always felt extremely reassured that my property was bring cared for. There has been little time in between tenants meaning I have rarely been left out of pocket. During the sale there was excellent communication between all parties facilitated by our Just Move representative. The whole process was managed exceptionally in our current difficult climate.
