I first met her when I walked into the office unannounced, looking for a home. She was clearly busy but took time out to ask if there was anything I needed while I waited for a sales agent.
Now, months later she has been the direct person I get to interact with when contractors are needed to finish off bits and bobs while my family settles into our home. Lisa is efficient and very sensible in asking common questions a tenant might overlook when something needs "fixing". This save time and energy. Moving into a new place can be hectic and it is the little things she does that makes the process a little easier.

The property is a bit older, so there have been a few minor maintenance issues over time such as the shower unit, mould on the ceiling, a small water leak, and a basin tap that needed fixing.
However, whenever I contacted the agency about these issues, they were always very responsive and quick to arrange repairs. They usually replied to emails promptly and organised a technician without delay. I also appreciated that they handled the issues professionally without trying to shift the responsibility onto the tenant.
Because of this, I’ve developed a good level of trust with the agency.

GoogleLisa and team, what legends. After my grandparents passing my mom had the hard decision move in or sell. Lisa supported us with evaluation on a weekend, very relateable and considerate of the situation, it took my mom around 6 monthz to eventually sell and Lisa suppported that process. They say selling houses are stressful and our first buyer made the process feel like that, but Lisa , Mike and the team, chased and communicated regular. Collectively we made the decision to put the house back on the market due to the radio silence and within 48 hours the team secured three views and two offers and within two months the house was sold.
