FacebookMy wife and I deliberately go with James Laurence when renting because of the professionalism and great communication by staff at JL. If they say they will email you or call you⦠they do. Kelly and Melissa helped us get a quick turn around on an apartment and we greatly appreciate the service. Would recommend JL over the other competitors in the Birmingham area.

GoogleKelly Magee could not have been more helpful. She was friendly and polite, answering any questions we had to the best of her ability. Offered ongoing support throughout the referencing process and sorted all communications with the landlord. Our only complain was we werenβt advised of the lack of fibre broadband in the building ahead of time.

From start to finish we have been impressed with them - always very responsive, open and honest and willing to go the extra mile. Henry Crane in particular is a credit to the business. I would definitely recommend James Laurence to anyone looking for a city centre estate agent.

GoogleWorst letting agency ever - and that means a lot. Tried to extort the tenants. Unprofessional on every level. Never returning phone calls, never responding to emails. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleWe saw two apartments with Shannon Williams, one of which we're now set to move into. She was friendly, knowledgeable and on time (which is always appreciated). Our experiences with James Laurence while sorting the paperwork have been quick and relatively stress free so far. It's really just an early impression at this point, but it's a very good one.
