GoogleBad experience, I have rented a flat for six months, Petrina who introduced herself as the property manager, but never managed to sort out one single thing, very bad communication back and forth with, the agency. A lot of ping pong since the beginning of the tenancy until the end, and they also lie and don't present all the facts and issues in regards to the property.

I am sure you are aware from previous rental experience, that it is your landlord who must authorise any expenditure or maintenance requests that we put to them. We always acted upon request's but unfortunately not all maintenance can we agreed. GoogleJL were fabulous, end to end management of the process of sourcing, vetting and bringing a new tenant on. From Charlotte’s initial telephone meeting - she took it from there painlessly. Melissa handled the admin flawlessly and the whole process was smooth and stress free. This is the 2nd time using JL and won’t hesitate using again - which is best compliment I can pay. Good work.

GoogleHello There.. I find one property help of them. My tenant contract is 6 months and 3 months past but still they are not solving my primary issue. I'm really disappoint with this type of work thins things take minimum one or two week but they took 3 months my half contcrt is already past and they are not serious to solve my apartment’s maitainance issue.

Melissa Wilson helped us find and secure a fantastic properly, matching our exact requirements. Once moved in, Charlie Rogers has worked hard as our Building Manager to address any move-in headaches.
