TrustpilotMost ruthless company ever! Don't rent from heimstad!
This is by far the most ruthless company I've ever known! Construction workers has been knocking on the walls all around my apartment unit, almost every single day from 7:00 in the morning (for heaven sake!!!) with super heavy drilling machines and hammers, for more than a year now, to "renovate" all next door units to double their rent. But why do I have to pay for their unlimited greed? why do I have to wake up every day to unbearable stupid noise that has been ruining my life completely? Now, the noise has literally moved to my own bedroom, as destruction workers are hammering the next door walls to my bedroom for more than 3 weeks every day from 7:00 until 17:00!!!!!!!! WHY ON EARTH!!!!! And what did the company do to put lipstick on a pig? The company never took this situation seriously, Ever. They gave me a pair of the cheapest ear plugs and a 25kr ice cream coupon!!!!!!! Really?? Why didn't you instead ask me cut off my ears instead like Van Gogh and live happily every after?? I'm gonna eventually make a social media campaign, and post videos of my every day life under their stupid hell-like destruction noise.

1250kr for calling customer service out of timetable to open a door in laundry room. Not 100-200-300, 1250! Feels like the students are outlaws that get a penalty fee. Next time break through the window and pay the repair! Long life stupidity!

Hi. You should always contact us by calling our Customer Service if you need help with something regarding your accommodation. If you have missed your time in the laundry room and thus been locked out, our caretakers will help you free of charge during office hours. If this occurs during the evenings and weekends, our jour will go out and help you at a cost of 1250 SEK. Information about the cost is provided by Customer Service before the on-call leave. I and my friend rented an apartment from Heimstaden 2016-2018, during our stay we did not have any problem with them until we were moving out... The first problem happened when they stated we had requested to move out in June, although our we sad may... Which they denied, we accepted this as both of us were moving abroad and wanted to have a quick end to the matter, so we paid rent for June as well... After we had moved out and the apartment was checked and approved by the janitor, two months later we receive a bill for repairs on a window... We complained about this to customer service but were ignored... and rudely advice to pay or deal with "kronefogden"... We have contacted a student lawyer, in order to avoid paying for this. Best thing to do is to avoid this company at all cost, they are not professionals and should NOT be permitted to rent out housing.

Terrible agents (UK offices) recently took over my apartment block. Worst communication ever, received threatening automated emails for missed rental payments, which was untrue. When trying to contact them, they are unresponsive and require you to complete everything through an awful portal / app.

GoogleI’ve used Crucible (formerly Rotherlets) for many years and have no complaints. Especially in the latter years where circumstances were made difficult. The staff have always been supportive namely Helen, Dawn and Danielle and my eventual sale of the property was made easy by their help and diligence.
