GoogleWe had an awful experience of dealing with this agent. We were told the property would be cleaned. On our arrival we found broken glass in the garden, sand in the bathtub and the property was not cleaned. Unfortunately things went from bad to worse as the appliances didn't work such as the extractor fan and the washing machine leaked. The scariest realisation came 3 weeks into letting this house when we noticed it had no smoke alarms (a legal requirement). We terminated our contract early as this was the final straw. If you do decide to use these agents then please request a check in inventory report as we weren't provided with one as the property was 'newly renovated'. Would not recommend or use them again.

Regarding your claim about the refund of your deposit, we have thoroughly searched our records but can not locate any information associated with your name. We utilise a government approved deposit scheme that ensures all deposits are managed securely and refunded properly. After speaking to an agent within the deposit scheme we use, they have confirmed there are no deposits currently under dispute. We do not appreciate fake and misleading reviews.
Our tenant check out process is impartial and as a result over 98% of our previous tenants have received their deposits back in full within a maximum of one week of vacating the property.
If you could provide more details, such as your correct name and the property you 'rented' or any other identifying information, we would be happy to investigate further.

Google** BEWARE and AVOID ** I am a landlord who took on a tenant on personal recommendation of Mr Israr - few months later the property was being used as a cannabis farm. Needless to say property was raided by police and a lot of damage discovered. Word of advice to landlords find a reputable agent and see beyond the second hand car sales tactics. Awful experience - for those still in doubt see the attached Property Ombudsman findings ruled in my favour. Mr Israr will deny and say it was a team member who has been sacked BUT it was him personally who recommended and finalised this deal. So dont say you were not warned!

GoogleThey were absolutely wonderful to me and my daughter and offered a very quick service for us as we had a tight deadline. The fees were very reasonable and they are not over charging on the rent, the amount is up to date with the area and property size. They are very understanding, very quick to sort out any issues (not that ive had any, the property was imaculate with brand new appliances.) Overall an excellent landlord. I honestly cant fault them.

GoogleI've never let a property before but was interested in renting out my current 1 bedroom flat whilst I moved into a new house.
The team at GPS were approachable and knowledgeable which was reassuring since the house I was looking to buy had an upward chain.
The flat was rented out in perfect co-ordination with the house purchase and I got a good set of tenants who I am happy will look after the flat as if it was there own.
Would definitely recommend using GPS for any kind of letting or purchase!
