I highly recommend Glenwood Property Services for anyone seeking a trusted, responsive and reliable estate agent. I used their services to rent out my first property with little knowledge on how to go about the process. Haseeb has been absolutely brilliant throughout, going above and beyond to walk me through the process, make the necessary refurbishments to the property so that it is liveable and complies with legal requirements, and very quickly secured a tenant at a great rate all within 2 weeks! The experience has been smooth and stress-free. I can’t thank him enough and I feel assured that the management of the rental property is in the best hands.

Can this estate agency get any worse? Israr is very unreliable, he informed us someone was going to come at 10am tomorrow morning to fit a door in and the person came today as we were going to leave the house to see my sick grandmother. NOT professional at all. The person said he did not inform Israr he was going to come tomorrow morning and it's not the first time Israr has lied. Please do not trust him as he seems very nice at first but he will not help you at all. Seems like he has paid people to give him good reviews.

I have to say how brilliant the 2 brothers have been my grandad was there tenant way before the boys were born when the business was started by there grandfather many years ago for the last 40 years the boys and there father and grandfather treated my grandad as if he was family not at a landlord stage. If my grandad was late with rent they rang not to see where there rent was but to check how he was as they knew it was out of his regular pattern. In my grandads last stage of life I genuinely cannot thank the boys enough for coming to me rather than me having to pop into them and just for there compassion and messages and Duas for him. Thankyou for always looking out for him and making sure he had a warm secure safe roof over his head, he was always happy with his little flat that was like my second home he loved been able to pop by the office just for a little chat with you guys and your dad. Israr and the team do a fantastic job. They recently took over the management of one of our city centre apartments. They achieved a higher rent and got it let and the tenant moved in within 10 days!! Sensible management fee and they have made the process so easy for us. Got remedial works done very swiftly and did a lot of running around on it. I have rented through Glenwood for 8 years in two different properties and I can say these guys are brilliant, any issue I have ever had has been dealt with. After 5 years in a rented property I had to leave as landlord needed property back and I was offered an alternative property round the corner.
