GoogleI was browsing the windows adverts outside Glenwood Property Services when the gentleman inside the office kindly invited me inside to take a seat for a chat. Israr and his colleague/brother Haseeb greeted me with smiles and put me at comfort for the get-go. I have only just arrived into UK from Dubai and having undergone a rigorous vetting process I have already paid a deposit for my first rental property in Birmingham and am due to move into a lovely 3 bedroom semi detached house in the next few of days. It just goes to show no matter what your circumstances Glenwood Property Services are here to help with your property needs. My family and I are so grateful. GoogleI have moved out of my rental property in Harborne today after residing there for 3 years. Israr and Haseeb are both a credit to the Estate Agency industry. Any maintenance matters were dealt with within 24 hours. Regular inspections were conducted as per our tenancy. My deposit has already been credited into my account. Thank you for providing a lovely family home for me and my family. I have now purchased my first home however I would have no hesitation in contacting Glenwood in the future if needs be :)

Facebookmy daughter recently saw a flat to rent from these so called estate agents, moving day arrived, everything packed went to sign contract and get her keys only to be told NO DOGS allowed when in fact she was told dogs would be welcome !! she is now out of pocket by £400 The one brother in the company was extremely rude and condescending and would not recommend this company at all

Google*Look elsewhere unless you want to get scammed* Don't trust this estate agent! They booked me in to view a property I seen on Rightmove, everything went smooth and I made an application. This was then forwarded to the property management and finalised and ready to collect the keys. Once I went to pick them up, I was given the keys to the wrong flat! It ended being that a staff member at Glenwood changed the flat number for the application I ALREADY PREVIOUSLY SIGNED. Completely unprofessional and I was blamed over the phone for not checking the flat number when finalising the contract. Even though the staff member changed the number by 3 digits, any normal human being wouldn't have spotted that. I was told they do this often by the property manager - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
