GoogleI have used Eight8 Property for a while now and have been impressed with the service. I have to say that the 5 stars alone should be for Luke, who has really stood out for me. He has helped me and answered all my questions promptly and nothing has been to much for him. He is a complete credit to the whole agency.

GoogleThe worst agents I’ve ever dealt with in my life! They manage our property and constantly take ages to deal with even the smallest issues. I feel sorry for our landlord who pays these people to manage our property. We’ve had issues with damp since late October 2018 and they still haven’t resolved them.

Hi Dan, I am very sorry that you feel this way, and am disappointed that you did not feel that you could express these feelings to us directly. I would hope that in future you can do so and we are available for contact by phone or email whenever you need. We are aware of the issue and as you know have been trying to resolve it for you alongside your landlord. We have instructed a number of independent contractors to assess the problem since you reported it and have had slightly differing interpretations from each of them. We have been in contact with your landlord and have also regularly communicated with you on the progress of the issue. As you are aware the delays have stemmed from the lack of identification on the extractor unit in your apartment and the lack of response from the building managers on the make and model so that we could move forward with a repair or replacement. We have been chasing them for well over a month on this. Your landlord has agreed to redecorate the apartment as you know and once the issue is solved this will be done. Hopefully we can see a speedy resolution to the issue now we have the information we need and then get back on the right foot for the remainder of your tenancy. If you do need anything further please get in touch.

Another fake review and libellous and slanderous. I have reported this to Google and the police. I will also be speaking to our solicitors. Unlike some other social media applications. Marius Dinca is on Facebook and can be located.

Googlean excellent company, i was well looked after during my tenancy. I saw on google that the company had such a low rating, i am leaving my review today as i feel people have been unfair. John and Matt are very polite and dealt with any issues i had during my tenancy in a timely manner. Matt really does exhaust all option to help you out where they can. Thank you eight 8, if i stay in Birmingham in the future i will come and check with you guys first,

GoogleOne of the worst agencies ever. They never did the work on time, they had no problem leaving me with a broken window for 3 days ( bare in mind it wasn’t broken because of me) and when I call them they seem to not care at all. Plus they were very rude in dealing with many situations.

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with the Birmingham team, Luke and Monique. Luke from the initial contact always replied promptly and efficiently. Monique, whom i have dealt more often, have been always very professional, problem solving orientated and a great communication skills. I will definitely look out for them if/when i would need moving.

GoogleDealing with this agency was a breeze ! Everything done efficiently, so moving in was made super easy. Have been in the property since June and any issue is sorted out very promptly. Luke and Monique are amazing at their job and a real credit to the agency. Keep up the good work guys !

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful . Very unresponsive . If they do not know the answer to questions they will literally stop any communication attempts . AVOID AVOID AVOID , save yourself some money

GoogleI tried to get information about one of their properties and never got a answer. Eight8 Property doesn´t show interest in their potential customers. Not recommended.

Hi Noa I would like to apologise if you didn’t receive a call from the office. During busy periods we do use an answering service if all lines are taken. If you did not receive a call back, then we have let you down. I will look into this. GoogleVery good service, with high quality. Signing the flat contract and all renewals were very straightforward with them. The staff are always happy and ready to help. They even ensured that I would receive a missing parcel to my new address after I had left the property for 6 months!
