GoogleWe met Luke on the morning we had the handover and he took care of everything. Warranty’s on all appliances and it was let in 4-5 days. So really pleased with the service form eighty 8. Will use agin.

GoogleThey will not return your holding deposit after end of tenancy. I have tried every email address that I know to contact the agent, they never reply.

GoogleI left my appartment very clean, they keep 150£ on my deposit without any justification. I asked the bill as proof, I got no answer. So, if you left your appartment, don't spend any time to clean it properly, whatever, they will charge you.
