Just glad I'm not using them to sell my house. Cannock branch is terrible. No one to answer phone and they don't reply to messages left. Finally booked a viewing and no-one turned up, total waste of time. Finally managed to view and put forward an offer and they failed to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Since then I found another property with another agent placed offer which was accepted. Thanks for nothing Dixons Cannock.

Wonderful service from Korron on the selling of the property and the time and effort she has put into the completion going through with the whole chain has been nothing short of amazing service, above and beyond is selling her efforts short. Korron frequently did so much outside the scope of the expectations of an estate agent. Our solicitors were of very little help throughout, but she ensured the communication between them and ourselves happened. When our solicitors frequently came back with no information, Korron had it, got it or got them ‘doing their jobs’ is the only way I can describe it. All I can say is thank you.

We have relocated and are looking for our perfect home. To do this, we have spoken to a lot of estate agents, but there is one who is standout head and shoulders above the rest. That’s Amelia Pace at the Dixons Kings Norton branch. She is just exceptional! She regularly calls to check in and see how our search is going, giving us updates on the market along the way. If we want to view a house in a different area with a different office, Amelia calls up her colleagues and arranges the viewing for us. She has nothing to gain by doing this, but she does it because she actually cares about her customers finding the right home. I know some estate agents just want a sale, but Dixons Kings Norton is nothing like that, they are so caring and go over and above. When we come to sell in the future, this is the only person I would trust to do the best thing for us. Amelia and the team at KN, thank you- you are just amazing x

Disappointing experience with property management and deposits

After two years as a tenant, the most I can give Dixons Estate Agents is a 1-star review. While the initial setup was fine, the ongoing experience was very frustrating. When dealing with renewals, repairs, or the deposit team, the staff were consistently unresponsive and quick to shift the blame elsewhere. I never felt that they were on my side. At the end of our tenancy, they attempted to make unjustified deductions from our deposit for standard wear and tear, and we had to rely on the independent deposit scheme to get our money back. I would not work with them again nor recommend them to anyone. If you do rent with them, make sure you document everything.

I recently bought and sold through Dixons Kings Norton. Korron and Shaneen in particular worked on both ends of the chain and were absolutely brilliant. It was a particularly tricky situation due to a systems outage in my solicitors firm and poor communication from buyers solicitors, but Korron and Shaneen went over and above their roles and really were responsible for getting things moving. Me and my partner are first time buyers and have been completely over the moon with the service provided by Dixons Kings Norton, as a team they have all gone above and beyond. A massive thank you and special mention to Korron, the branch manager, who since the start of our journey has provided the best service and kept us updated every step of the way. I will never forget our first chat where she assured me she would do everything she could to get our offer approved and she did exactly that! We also spoke to Rikki the in-house mortgage advisor and he has been so honest and informative about extra costs we wasn’t aware of which no one else we have spoken to have even thought to mention. Rikki went out of his way to push through our mortgage in principle with in a day in order to push through our offer. Both Rikki and Korron have made this journey, so far, plain sailing and we couldn’t ask for more.

Recently put an offer in for my first house and was super daunted by all the legal and morgage requirements that needed to be in place to make the purchase complete. Thankfully the team at Dixons Acocks Green helped me. Adam, Lee and Courtney were always a phone call away. I would recommend anyone buying there first home to buy the hand in hand house purchase service provided by Adam it does come at a fee but well worth it as all solicitors are in house and he will save you allot on your monthly morgage repayments.

We had a great experience working with Rikki as our mortgage advisor at Dixons, while buying our first home. He was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and patient, which really helped take the stress out of the whole thing. What stood out the most was how clearly he explained every part of the process. As first-time buyers, there was so much we still needed to learn, but Rikki took the time to explain everything. On top of that, Rikki really took the time to understand our situation and went out of his way to find the best mortgage rate to suit our particular needs.
