I can 100% recommend Korron at Dixons Kings Norton - she really does go above and beyond for her clients. Right from when I was getting valuations done on my property, I knew instantly that she was the right person to sell my house - I could tell she offered a personal service that went much further than just being a business transaction. She actually felt more like a friend guiding me through what was (due to issues further down our chain of five) a highly stressful and drawn-out process! There were no issues with the initial sale - Korron had a client on her books looking for something in my road/area, and had booked her in to view the house the next working day after signing up with her - I accepted an offer less than a week after putting it on the market! It was a bit like a match-making service rather than a house sale!! Throughout the following six months, Korron was always a reassuring presence at the end of the phone or e-mail; and when we had issues (relating to solicitors further down the chain which caused constant and inexplicable last minute delays - incredibly frustrating), Korron did loads of chasing up to make sure the sale exchanged and completed on the agreed date. I honestly don't think it would have happened without her! I wouldn't go anywhere else if selling in the future and would recommend Korron without hesitation - she's a really safe pair of hands, and it clearly is more than just a job to her - you can tell she cares about her clients. Now we've moved in I actually miss the regular contact we had with her over the last few months!! I honestly can't thank her enough :-)

Korron deserves more than five stars for her service she deserves 20 if not more!! From the first initial phone call I made Korron has been there from the beginning to the end of selling my late Father‘s house. Korron made every effort from giving me advice and support even emotional support. She made the process so easy and she was always at the end of the telephone! Agent delayed viewing booking by 10 minutes, then proceeded to be another 25 mins late. Unresponsive over texts, didn't introduce themselves and even had to have my appointment with another potential tenant at the same time due to delays. I found this absolutely unprofessional as they should have at least had the courtesy to do this 1-1. They did not have enough information about the property and felt very rushed to leave. Property was also not cleaned before the viewings, very off-putting state unlike as shown in listing photos.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The viewing with Hannah was fine and she was lovely. But after paying the deposits, first month's rent in advance and getting the keys it had all gone wrong. The boiler broke, the landlord left his belongings behind and is using the space i pay rent for for his car, then i find out my balcony has to be ripped up because of a leak into the apartment below. Raised multiple times with Jess and keep getting ignored. I have my own property to let out, which they know about, and there is no way I will let these cowboys manage it for me because the way they treat tenants is disgusting!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had got my mortgage sorted from their in house mortgage advisor Rikki and he was amazing. We were struggling getting a good mortgage as my mom was elderly and we weren't getting a good rate but Rikki managed to get us a good amount. He explained the whole procedure to us and left us at ease. During the process, we had some difficulties with our solicitors. As it was out first time buying a house and we didn't understand some paper work or what was happening next and would email/ring Rikki and he would reply as soon as explaining to us what everything meant and what to do at each stage. She was always very easy to reach, went the extra mile to help with any queries, and helped us put pressure on solicitors to speed up the process whenever it slowed down. She seemed to genuinely care about the vendor of the house we bought and seemed very kind. The house we bought required a lot of work and Korron wanted to make absolutely sure we knew what we were taking on, especially so that the vendor's time wasn't wasted. I can highly recommend Dixons at Kings Norton after recently selling my family home when 3 different buyers dropped out. Korron and the team worked hard and made new viewings virtually straight away.
