GoogleJan and Dale worked really hard to sell our property for a good price, arranging and conducting all the viewings. They also kept on top of the sale, keeping it moving despite numerous delays from the buyers solicitors. We were kept fully informed throughout the process.

GoogleArranged a viewing and turned up on time- no agent was present so I phoned to be told by Dale who I arranged the viewing with that the owner had accepted an offer and he's 'tried to call me a couple of times'- no missed calls, texts or emails received on my end. Hi Julia, after talking with the branch, the branch manager has confirmed to me they had accepted an offer on the property a few hours before your viewing and were not accepting any more viewing. The branch tried calling you several times to cancel the viewing as well as leaving a voicemail and text message. GoogleBad experience. Don’t let a house through them. I received the house uncleaned, gardens unfinished and full of dirts, fences is all broken and now has been 3 months without any repairs! I contacted them many times and seems they don’t care!
