⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Dixon Estate Agents Selly Oak Birmingham highly enough. From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely excellent. A very special thank you to Claire and Amy, who genuinely went above and beyond to help me with my move. Moving home can be incredibly stressful, but they made the whole process so much easier. They were always at the end of the phone whenever I needed them, kept me informed, answered all my questions and honestly couldn’t do enough to help. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. I never felt like I was just another customer, Claire and Amy were friendly, patient, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. Due to an array of circumstances, I have been in the process of trying to move for the past 6 weeks or so, and I think everyone can agree it is a very stressful process. However, the Dixons team have been impeccable and have ensured a smooth-running, calm process. In particular, Edward Macdonald has been amazing. He has been so responsive, easy to talk to, and just an all-round approachable individual that helped us with any queries we had. I would recommend Selly Oak Dixons to anyone, and especially their lettings agent Ed.

Tayla has been great to work with in setting up our new tenancy. Always very professional and quick to respond! Edit: After two years as a tenant, I am revising my 5-star review to a 1-star. While the initial move-in process was smooth, the ongoing property management was incredibly frustrating. When dealing with repairs or general inquiries, the staff were consistently unresponsive and quick to shift the blame to the landlord. Furthermore, at the end of our tenancy, they attempted to claim our entire deposit for pre-existing issues and standard wear and tear. We had to rely on the independent deposit scheme to get our money back. I would not work with them again or recommend them. If you do rent here, make sure you document absolutely everything.

House hunting is not easy but the people at Dixon sales and letting agency in Selly oak were fantastic. They were very easy to speak to and they made me feel at ease when asking questions about the property and what suits me best. When I was unsure they cleared doubt for me which is something I look for when deciding things which made me feel comfortable. They were very attentive and supportive especially Edward who supported us and during viewing a property stage and I would certainly go be going back if I was to ever move again.

Originally advertised my house with my regular agent plus a local agent begininng with O. My usual struggled as they were out of the area. O did really well until contract then they were not so good and quite shirty. So left them went to Dixons at 2pm on a friday. By the evening house was photed and on the market. Within a week viewings done and house rented..no fuss absolutly superb servise provided by Ryan and his team. Will be my first choice every time.

Nice to be treated well when house hunting. I've spent a lot of time shopping around for a new home, and the team at Dixons have easily stood out. We're polite, professional, knowledgeable, accessible. Arranging viewings was a breeze, and the whole team were incredibly accommodating- special thanks to Edward and the other gentleman (didnt get the name) for both being so polite and welcoming. I’ve been thoroughly unimpressed (and frankly shocked) with the conduct of this branch in regard to their handling of a loved-one’s new tenancy. The concerning behaviour includes a lack of communication and lethargy to provide any real help regarding non-trivial issues with the property. On multiple occasions, when an email reply was received from Dixons, it was short, avoidant and somewhat condescending. From what I’ve witnessed, this branch will avoid even the attempt to be helpful post move-in. Guys please sort it out and at least be respectful in the way you communicate.

I had a really positive experience with Dixons Letting Agency. Edward McDonald called me in advance to let me know that a new property had become available, which I really appreciated. The viewing was a block viewing, but it was organised very professionally. The staff made sure everyone had enough time to look around the property without feeling rushed, and they were friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions.
