She has gone above and beyond, has always called me at the end of the day to update me because she knew how anxious I was. I had an issue with getting a deposit released for the rental on a property, where it was taking a significant amount of time to resolve, despite numerous phone calls and emails. That was until Corey was assigned to the case and with his help, the deposit has now been released!! He was very responsive to emails and worked hard to resolve the issue I was having! Thanks Corey!

I was looking for a property to rent and I had a week to find one. I came across a property offered by Dixons agency and set up a viewing. I met Tayla Mansell- an agent working there, which showed me couple more properties. One of them was exactly what I was looking for! I Wouldn't even give this place 1 stars! They are the rudest estate agents iv had to deal with, iv recently just moved out of a property which I rented through Dixons & id definitely AVOID now if I was going to rent again . Timothy Reynolds was nothing but rude about me leaving threatening extra charges for leaving the property as he couldn't be botherd to read my tenancy agreement and see that under the break clauses I ended my tenancy in the correct way. All he cares about is getting his commission at the end of the day from there over priced properties. Daniella Lawmon also rude from this branch, questioning me about why I was leaving the property & also trying to threaten me with additional charges which where NOT in my agreement. They don't push the landlord on getting any repairs done they just fob you off on the phone with aload of rubbish to make sure you keep paying that rent every month so they get their commission!!. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Our house move spanned 10 months, almost everything that could go wrong went wrong. Without Dale, Krystal and the team at Dixons, Selly Oak - we don't think it would have ever happened. They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and able to predict scenarios and offer advice on the best way to deal with the issues that arose. They kept us constantly updated and we got to know them well. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services and actually, seeing how other agents in the chain operated, urge people to use them.
