I have recently sold my property through Dixon’s Yardley. My contacts there were, initially Grace and then Zoe. I cannot praise them enough. Zoe has guided me through, what has turned out to be, a very stressful sale due to the buyer’s solicitor being extremely awkward throughout the transaction. Nothing has been too much trouble, when I’ve telephoned and not been able to speak to Zoe at that particular time, she returned my call and dealt with my query immediately. I would give Zoe a 10 star rating if l could. I would most definitely use Dixon’s Yardley again if l ever needed to.

We called many agencies with queries and when my husband called this brunch he said that this is most efficient service and communication he received in the last week of all this calls. Rayan greeted us at the property, he also called up to check with us prior. He was very relaxed, friendly but professionals. Didn't push us or gave us any typical lines just to sell it to us. What can i say about this Branch? Well, i saw a house i was very interested in and called up the Branch. Zoe answered my call and swiftly got be booked in for a viewing. I liked the house and put an offer in. Zoe called me back shortly after and congratulated for my offer being accepted! The process after that was extremely smooth and Zoe clearly explained the next stages of what i needed to do. She was helpful in assisting me with getting conveyancing sorted and was also helpful in coordinating various questions i had for the seller. Grace has also been helpful and put together a nice property brochure for that i can keep for my own records. After months of disappointments from missing out on even being able to get viewings in the craziness of the property market at present; we were so thankful that Paul from Dixon’s gave us a priority service.
