Today we viewed a property managed by Dixons, and we were very pleased with it. The house was very cozy and lovely and the agent presenting it, Katrina, she was able to answer any questions we had and presented the property without pressuring us, which I appreciate since it gives us time to look around peacefully. I want to add that unlike some other agencies, Dixons always answer their phone, which can be frustrating if you have to call multiple times just to get in touch. Overall, very good agency!

Really pleased with the service and friendly nature of the team at Dixons. We went into branch and organised a valuation nice and easy. I am currently selling and purchasing a property with Dixons. I am a worrier and worry about the smallest thing. Dixons have made the whole process straight toward and stress free. All the staff are very approachable and knowledgable. Their customer service is outstanding. They are always very polite and understanding. Their mortgage advisor Saifur is always very helpful and efficient. I will be recommending the services that Dixons have provided me with to all my family and friends. I can't thank Dixons enough for all their hard work.

A agreement was made on a house, both the seller and agent was happy to go forward then a week or two later Dixons contacted me informing me that the buyer would like another 5k due to whatever bogus reason and we accepted due to the need then another 4 weeks or so the agent contacted us again asking for another 5k increase. I am not too sure how Dixons operate but a principle in any transaction is your word. Worst thing about all of this was Dixons recommended us to go through there montage advisors and solicitors as per their recommendation we went through with it and paid the relevant fees but when the transaction never went through due to the greed of the seller or agent, unfortunately we cannot get our money back. I am not here to spoil anyone's name but this wasn't professional and this kind of stuff shouldn't be happening in today's society. I hope people learn from my experience with Dixons YardleyNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Took 16 months to sell my house with dixons ..took advice from them to use their solicitors country wide conveyancing .who lost me the first buyer due the time it was taking .they were horrendous .never answered emails .didnt return phone calls. The whole experience was traumatic .was given an estimated completion of 8 wks with a cash buyer whom I took a 6k less offer for quick completion, it took 7 months .then when I did finally sell the house I found the new buyer had rented it out with dixons yardley and they used all my advertising photos with all my late mothers furniture in and my personal belongings .I could go on writing all the bad points forever ..the only good point I can say is about emma at the castle Bromwich branch ..without her help I believe I would still be going through the sale .

Absolutely Excellent service from Dixons Yardley. I was a very nervous first time seller and both Iain the manager and Paul guided me through the various stages. I do not believe i could have done it on my own. I would highly recommend Dixons, Yardley branch if you want a estate agent who is honest, professional and putting you the customer first.
