I had a terrible experience with them, Sophie hodgson told me that i have to give them a five star review mentioning her name and that is only when my application will be forwarded to the landlord, i have her email saved for the proof where she reminded me of giving them review on google which followed with the phone call from her stating she is not able to forward my application because i haven't given them a five star review yet, i didn't want to but i still wrote a five star review mentioning how good service she provided which wasn't obviously true, the next day when i emailed she said the Landlord chose someone else, DIXONS yardley need to discuss with their agents to not beg for reviews and don't give clients false hope that they will be preferred over others depending the review they will write for them

I recently visited a house with Kathrina, she was friendly and it was a very good experience but unfortunately we didn’t go forward. I explained the reason and only a couple days after I received a message about a new house on the market which seemed to match perfectly with all our criterion and the viewing was arranged rapidly, I can’t believe how quick it was actually. This is where I meet Amelia very bubbly and friendly, she makes us feel very comfortable and I thank her for that. A real pleasure! By the way the house is 100% what we are looking for. She was incredibly welcoming , we were able to visit this house at our pace , everything went smoothly. The response as well is quite rapid. I never had the opportunity to deal with Dixon Yardley , so I was really surprise about the quality of their service they offer. I can only recommended them.
