Paperwork was quick, easy and transparent and I could do everything I needed to remotely. GoogleHave been a tenant for Dixons for close to 2 years and can confirm their property management team are both caring and considerate. We had plumbing issues and were taken care by Dawn Olorenshaw who showed compassion and understanding in helping us to get the problems resolved, knowing our little boy is Type 1 diabetic. She showed the humanity in managing tenants like real people and not giving corporate jargon like many other agencies. She showed she cared. A real credit to a great organisation.

GoogleI was shifting from London to Birmingham with my wife and finding property in a new place was so hard and time consuming, until we met Ryan from Dixons Yardley. Their services were absolutely brilliant. Ryan reserved a flat for us within a day, and Amber finalized our reference checks and gave us the keys within 48hrs. I am soo happy with their services, the best estate agents in the city. They are my go to team for when I buy my house in the future.
